Are you crazy!? I once thought this was a professional establishment that has years of experience in the BC Market, how can you purchase perfume laced weed and then try to sell it to your customers at a discounted price? I had to throw out 7 grams because it tasted like some cheap perfume / cologne. Now even Georgia Peach looks better than you guys. Never coming back!

Well have been going with partner and all of a sudden today I go to counter with her “she is a member I am not” I was rudely treated like a damm criminal “ can’t serve you if she is not a member non members cannot be close to counter “ like calm down big boy am just looking: so am not happy other dispensary allow me to stand there and listen and watch. Not this one like I said it did in the past. So I guess our half hour drive will go toward St. Catharines instead. I did not appreciate being treated like a criminal and the refusal to serve my partner

I'm surprised at the good reviews about products...some are really good but a lot of nugs I've gotten have been pretty damp and not the greatest. Even the more expensive ones. They need to dry the product better. I've also been pretty upset when buying shatter because every one of them has had terrible consistency, granular and not shatter like at all. I guess if you hadn't gotten shatter elsewhere and didn't know what quality looked like you might be happy enough. But the texture is like it's old or something or they are buying the factory reject shatter for cheaper from the supplier. It is all seriously overpriced unless you get a special. I pay WAY cheaper prices on shatter and nugs from my guy. I only go here if I can't get a hold of my guy but I really need something. If they lowered their prices on certain items and got better quality stuff I would probably visit more often. On a lighter note, I do think the staff is pretty friendly and it's a welcoming an pleasant shopping experience.

Sure the parking is a bit tight and you know you are going to wait a little bit in line but the environment is clean, professional and relaxed and I always look forward to going.The staff never makes me feel rushed when making a decision or asking questions. Great products and a huge selection of everything from teas to topicals and tictures. Decent pricing too. A+
