Pretty decent as a Cannabis shop, it's clean and minimal with a few secured samples on display and tablets where you can browse stock and order/pick up at the counter. That's.. Pretty much all it is t... more

Feedback:
Without a doubt the least professional dispensary I've ever been to, and that includes plenty of grey zone spots before legalization. Staff are really unhelpful and absolutely blazed, location is ugly, small and does not seem fitting of a gov't approved retailer. Cannabis retail in this province is shameful and this place is an absolute joke.
Feedback:
Ameri is a place to go into if you don't have anywhere else to get your green. Quality is very inconsistent and prices are high but usually they have special deals that are very cheap and good quality, it's a gamble really.Service inside is great but security could be more human. Ameri is more like a convenience than a real weed dispensary, stick to what you are comfortable with but they could change for better one day. Who knows ?
Feedback:
Even after spending time to discuss the product I wanted with the staff member, they sold me the wrong one and had to drive all the way back for them to exchange it. Took them 15 minutes for them to get management to approve the exchange. Would have been helpful if they checked the box before selling it to me in the first place. As the customer, I rely on the staff to sell me product I ask for.
Feedback:
As is so common in the current system, they were out of stock for the product I had come for. What's far worse is that the staff were utterly clueless in being able to suggest an alternative. Reminded me of the staff at a big box store where if you ask a question about a product, the best they can do is hope the information is written on the box!
Feedback:
Ameri is different from the other 4 cannabis stores in downtown Toronto, in the sense that it has the vibe of an illegal dispensary, not the glossy retail shopping experience you find at the other shops nearby. Unfortunately, the no frills decor does not translate into lower prices, the customer service people I spoke with were not that knowledgeable, and most problematic was the extremely limited selection of cannabis products! This was 6 months ago so it's possible things have changed... I will revisit next time I'm in the area and if Ameri has gotten their act together, I will post an updated review to reflect this.

WARNING!!! AMERI JUST TOOK MY MONEY, YESTERDAY AT LUNCH I PURCHASED PRODUCT ONLY TO GET HOME IN THE EVENING AND REALIZED MY CONTAINER IS SEALED BUT EMPTY. I JUST SPOKE WITH THE ASSISTANT MANAGER TODAY AT LUNCH WITH MY RECEIPT AND FIRST THING OUT OF HER MOUTH IS... OH WE HAVE HAD A LOT OF EMPTY CONTAINERS FROM OUR SUPPLIERS, BUT GOES ON TO SAY THAT THEY DO NOT HONOUR A MISTAKE BY THEMSELVES OR THEIR SUPPLIERS SO I GAVE THEM OVER FIFTY DOLLARS. I DON'T THINK THIS IS APPROPRIATE TO JUST SHRUG OFF MISTAKES TO CLIENTELE LIKE THIS.
Feedback:
Nothing but first class service from the Ameri team including the security staff. Best day to go check them are Wednesday’s because that’s when they restock. Best time to check them is right when they open cause it can get pretty busy during peak hours. Only negative is there is no parking and if you’re driving Cumberland is a one way street. Overall 5 stars in my books!
Feedback:
It's definitely the most limited licensed dispensary in the city. Their stock is always low. They don't usually have more than 1-2 prerolls and 5-6 types of flower. Also half of the times I went there debit/credit was down.
Feedback:
The shop and staff were really nice. The prices were higher than expected but I was willing to give it a try.The bud was extremely dry to the point that it is barely combustable. Never experienced that problem in my life.Tried to find contact information but was unsuccessful.
Feedback:
I travelled to Ameri located at 20 Cumberland in Toronto to make a purchase of cannabis from a legal dispensary. First, I was asked for identification before I entered the store. I am 65 years old and not likely to be confused with someone under 19, but I was still asked for ID. I am not asked for ID when I enter an LCBO to buy alcohol, so why should I be asked for ID when I enter a cannabis dispensary? CANNABIS AND ALCOHOL SHOULD BE TREATED THE SAME. I take exception to this treatment and it should be stopped. It is inappropriate and disrespectful. Illegal dispensaries do this. Legal dispensaries should conduct themselves EXACTLY the same as LCBOs - PERIOD. I pointed this out to the agent in the store too, and he referred me to the AGCO, to which I have submitted a formal complaint. Second, they charged me $11.45, MORE than the OCS online price for the same thing! That's a TWENTY-NINE PERCENT PREMIUM. LCBOs all charge the same price for the same thing - no one can resell alcohol at a premium. CANNABIS SHOULD BE TREATED THE SAME. I will no longer use dispensaries and will order my cannabis online going forward. I will not support a system that disrespects or exploits its customers.
