I have been shopping there since it opened. Twice now they've have changed their reward system and I've lost all my rewards with no compensation. This last Time I had enough over 400 points (enough for several 20% discounts) and they told me to hold onto my receipts for over a month. When I asked if their was someone I could talk to about this. I was told, quote "not right now" I asked another employee and quote "call the store". The third employee I spoke to was rude and snippy with me. She asked if I wanted to wait a hour and a half for her to not be busy Then stated that she was from the Puyallup store... I told her I had no problem returning in 1 & 1/2 hours but she just kept repeating if I wanted to wait a hour and a half??? So I left.
