Sadly I just walked out today. Checked-in and waited 1 hour just to find out I was never checked in so if I had never asked about it I might’ve been there until they closed, which is 6pm. And the only reason I didn’t order online was because last time I did that (and received a text saying my order was ready), they said I did the order online WRONG. I mean I get it, I do make mistakes when ordering and dealing with staff but unfortunately this is one of those times where SWC fully deserves this 1-star review. Best of luck in the future, I’ll never go there again.

The staff and product at this dispensary are above par. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel helped and appreciated. The product is always of the best quality, and their savings and promotions allow me to stay healthy and still provide for myself if you’re in the area, I recommend stopping by. As a Desert Storm veteran of two tours, I can honestly say that SWC Prescott has played a key role in my mental health recovery.

IMO, this is the best dispensary in town. NIRVANA is better if you want flower, but their cart and concentrate selection is very limited (maybe due to them carrying their own brand, idk). SWC Prescott has A awesome selection of carts and a decent selection of concentrates including live resins which I haven't found much of anywhere else that is close.

Wonderful Staff ❣️ Great discounts. Great education , if needed. The individuals that work here are extremely helpful ~ just make your question known and you will be helped. The wait was quite long. I of course forgot something and had to wait again...but that’s fair.

The staff go above and beyond to make people feel comfortable. They are helpful and truly seem to know the product. Cherry on top? The atmosphere is positive. :) Update: I was recommended the keef cola and it is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend.

Deals everyday, point system where I get 5 bucks off almost every trip. I have had several awesome budtenders. Has a decent selection, tho hard to tell sometimes. The wait can be very long sometimes, no wifi. Parking seems to be an issue but I walk so what do I know. It's the only option in town currently, so might as well just stop reading and just go.

I am a client of swc.I shop for my own medical needs.However my father who is 81 with stage 3 cancer is being helped as well.Grant and Tavia have been very knowledgeable about what will help my dad.I have purchased items that will comfort him in his last days

Worst dispensary my husband and I have ever had to deal with. We recently moved up from the valley and SWC was one of our favorites down there. This place does not live up to their name. Their selection of buds is a joke. They only ever have sativas. My husband is actually trying to call right now and no one will answer. He has called 12 times, no answer. Terrible customer service. The people that work there are not that knowledgeable. It seems they just wanted the novelty of working at a dispensary. They don’t actually care about the patients that walk in. If you’re wasting your time here it’s because you don’t know any better. Take the trip down to the valley and experience what a dispensary is really supposed to be. *Update on my husband trying to reach them, 16TH time calling.* He finally got someone to answer, after 17 times. Someone needs to open a better dispensary, or the owners need to research better into what a dispensary is supposed to be. This, this is not it.

I recommend going to Nirvana for the flower. The staff was nice and everything, but the prices for little buds with big stems along with being really dry, just isn't worth paying for... Nirvana has fresh buds and they throw away whatever is dry or is mostly stems. Not to mention they have listed the side effects, and info of each strain on their menus in the lobby.

I love this dispensary! The people here are friendly and extremely attentive. The world of medical marijuana can be intimidating and they really take the time to talk to you and try to relate their experience to get you the right product. I unfortunately moved away from Prescott but will continue to stop by every I'm in the area. I am never disappointed. I am very grateful to these people for helping expand my medical marijuana knowledge
