The appointment was very quick and easy and the staff were all lovely my only concern is that it’s been five days and I’ve heard nothing about my card approval I checked online multiple times and only thing that I see is it continues to say submitted it. the comments I read seems to say that a lot of ppl got their card in three days. I was told by Thursday to check my email about the status of my application. I can’t blame green leaf it seems they did everything right so far so it’s really a nice place

At first they couldn't locate my application which caused me stress but after I pressed to have this escalated they were able to find it. The front desk gentleman was nice. Thank you Nathan. The doctor was efficient and thorough and the application assistance made the process very nice. I do wish we still got physical cards though it's much better than trying to find a screenshot.

Finally had the money and time to get my medical card and was able too get a $75 off because I had food stamps me and my husband were both able to get in and get out fairly quick and the staff was very very amazing was very understanding because my daughter was acting out in the office they were all being nice even offered too help me out with her for the mean time thanks too you all!!

I have been contemplating getting my med card for quite some time and finally decided to make the jump. Im so glad I did. I called and was able to get an appointment on the same day with Green Leaf. Becky who picked up the phone was so friendly and clear with her information on what I needed to do also. Once I got there, i was basically in and out with no hassle whatsoever which is even more amazing. The doctor I spoke with seemed very caring and knowledgeable as well! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get a 5 star experience with getting their med card. I know I will def be coming here again once it's time for my renewal.

Let’s start by saying I literally never post a review.I had an issue getting down for my appointment, had actually an emergency with family. They refused to help tried to reschedule knowing they are decent, and they wanted to charge me 300 dollars over the phone? Stay away!!!These people don’t care, they don’t care about anything they saw a time slot get filled and someone Who had a legit emergency was unable to show so they lost money. I will do everything in my power working in this industry at a dispensary to tell people this isn’t the place. 1/10 - Understanding2/10 - Customer service 10/10 - Not helping a soul

The entire process of obtaining my card was very easy and everyone at Green Leaf were so helpful with any questions and we're so patient. If you are applying and can email the needed documents, please do so, it makes their jobs so much easier and the process so much faster. I will definitely recommend Green Leaf to anyone needing a card.

Love this place! All of the staff I spoke to were super friendly and the doctor was incredibly informative. The owner even took a moment to sit with me and gave me some recommendations to help with targeting my treatment. Everyone was kind and professional. All in all, great experience! Price was one of the lowest I found in the valley, too! Can't go wrong there. :)

I am a newbie and decided enough was enough it’s time to get my card. From the first phone call to set the appointment to my telemedicine appointment all staff exceeded my expectations. The education I got was so informative and helpful. The doctor provided me with recommendations and made me feel like she genuinely cared. I highly recommend!!

2nd year renewal patient here. I returned here NOT because it is the cheapest and NOT because it is the quickest appt time. I chose to come back here because I feel values as a person and a patient who needs this medication for my multiple sclerosis. The doctor is so full of good information as well as all the staff in general. I will return here again in the future for all my medical marijuana needs.
