Last but not least thank you for not judging your patience for how they come into your pharmacy. I know sometimes I did not look the best . But you still treated me like a patient. and that's something you can rarely find anywhere there's a lot of people that judge based off of physical appearance ! thank you sol flower!

When I placed my online order there was something wrong with the button on one of my items so I couldn’t order the item (this has never been an issue in the past as I have always been able to add to my order when I get there). When I got inside I told her what item I would like to add and she straight up told me no. I was taken aback. I understand needing to get people througH in a timely manner but I waited patiently for 30 minutes in the heat like everyone else. I just wanted to add one item and I knew exactly what I wanted, it would have taken 2 seconds to update my order. Even when I told her I was going to cancel she said ok and let me walk out the door without a purchase. Doesn’t sound like a good business practice to me. This used the be my favorite dispensary, but I will drive out of my way to go to Curaleaf from now on. Thank you for making this an easy decision for me.

Other dispensaries pay attention!!!These people know how to deliver service. I had some issues that needed attention immediately. Jenna and Chad devoted a significant amount of their time working to untangle a messy bureaucratic nightmare. This staff has merited at least one visit from ever card holder in the valley. You'll see. And owners, please put them down for serious raises. I'll be watching.

This is what I like to call “Ole Faithful”. I swear I literally get angry when I go to other places and their meds are good , there not running a deal and they said they would be. But “Ole Faithful” is guaranteed to get me together each and every time. Gotta love it man. It’s like my “Cheers” that’s just how at home I feel when I go there. I wish the hours were longer but I appreciate them none the less.

I referred a patient to Sol and accompanied them to the dispensary. I checked in with the person at the window, he scanned my card, asked me what "free" preroll I would like, which I replied and told him what I wanted. The patient I referred and I waited to be called to place our orders. She received her order AND her "free preroll". I was not. The manager came out and told me I was not entitled to one. I checked with my referral who did in fact receive her preroll and went back and again asked for the manager. He again, told me I had to do an online order to receive the free preroll. After attempting to explain to him that what he was saying made absolutely no sense as I had come to the dispensary with my referral, she received the free preroll but I did not? How so? Rude VERY high young manager. I will never go to this dispensary again. (the one in Sun City is fabulous!).As the saying goes "give good customer service to your customers, you will get a few referrals.Give bad customer service, and they will tell 20 people". I will tell everyone.

Ordered here for the first time and stood outside while they prepared my order even though I received confirmation almost an hour before. About 6 people (the entire line) was helped before me. I was also not offered the new patient special. I handed my bud tender a card saying “bogo for new patients” that I received at my mjj doctor and he asked “what this for?”I wouldn’t recommend if it’s your first time ordering or anytime..

Fair prices and great flower. SLO flower is definitely a great place that’s close by. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to help those who have difficulty accessing their products.Unlike many other dispensaries Sol Flower gives a humanitarian discount, a 15% discount, for the disabled, I feel all dispensaries should do the same. I can’t help but appreciate the treatment Sol Flower gives its customers.

Hey all you front desk employees who answer phones at a dispo can learn something from Sol Flower's associate Drake who took my call today. At a time when they are extremely busy he masterfully orchestrated talking to me and checking people in. Answering all my questions pertaining to what flower to pre order and sharing his personal experiences and opinions without ever coming off as overwhelmed anxious or impatient due to his busy counter!!! Also when I asked him about flower that he hadn't a chance to look at yet he was very upfront and honest about it. Thank you Drake now I can feel confident in the flower I'm spending my time money and gas to come get😁 You da mannnnnnn!!!!

🌬️🌸 really disappointed by this place today walked in and had to wait while someone in front of me filled out forms then I had to wait for 30 minutes with no one addressing the fact that there was two people working and eight people waiting.I would hope that one of the four people behind the cash registers would have came out and started helping patients but that didn't seem to be the caseAnd it would have been great to get that early morning discount since I got out of bed early for this but I'll have to leave now and go somewhere else because of the weight and no communication
