Feedback:

Unfortunately MNR has changed. No more happy people and a bad vibe though out. I wanted to return a faulty Vape tip and was treated with contempt. Customer service 101, make the customer happy. I left without a new tip and vow never to return. Also, I should not have been told that the previous manager had been fired. I know that to be a lie. Vic and the front guys are great, but even they seem uncertain about MNR.
