I stopped by when the s pen for my galaxy note 8 started malfunctioning. I was pretty sure the pen was fried but I wanted to double check in case it was the phone. As soon as I walked in and explained the problem, an employee/real bro produced a replacement S Pen: "try this, if it works you can have it for free". Pen worked better than before.Many thanks to the employee above, I never got his name. The least I can do is post a good Yelp review.

They are not trust Worthy and they also steal your money and say that they put it under your name when they didn't so this store is not good and when I try to report Somthing in store all the employees gang up on me I don't understand why but I got told that the guy that helped me should of gave me a re receipt but he never did and they were not even busy at the moment there were only me and my girlfriend and another couple thats it and this guy said that he put my money in my account but apparently he just stole it and didn't give me a receipt or I never got a text message and I went back in the store and he said I will get it in a while but I never got it!!!! So therefore I suggest you go to another T-Mobile store or you should get your receipt every time you go!!!! >:/

I came 15 minutes before they were closing to return a phone case That was clearly very overpriced and poorly made, for them to tell me no. They told me they had to have a manager in store for them to take returns, I wasted my time and gas driving across town for them to tell me know and also to drive across town to the mall where the other T-Mobile is.

******BE AWARE OF RYAN. That guy will promise you the world and do nothing. Said if we got the glass covers and they broke we could take them in and they'll send them out.(false)Also if we bought the accessories there he could get us charger half off(false). Than he said the rebate card would be in the mail 6-8 weeks,never got here. I had to call t mobile reps to fix this. I've been a good standing customer for years and this was a big stab in the back.*************
