Overall Feedback:

So unprofessional, I called 2 days before to introduce myself and stated i wanted to move from a pharmacy in Murrietta to them. I had been with the pharmacy in Murrieta for years but it's far and they had been getting sloppy lately so it was time. I called ahead introduced myself and met a very nice guy named Diego. After we spoke the next day I brought in 5-6 of my prescriptions I have 13 total kidney, heart and pain. All was good pharmacist verified me through what ever it is called for Narcotics. Told me we are out "I will order some and you can pick up Monday" so I rearrange my trip to Phoenix to leave Monday instead of Sunday. Monday comes along I speak to Diege he tells come around 230 it will be ready. I get there a little after 3 Diego tells me the pharmacist wants to fill more than just my pain medication since it's my first time and I say perfect I need 2 of my blood thinners and one of my electrolytes filled anyway since I'm out. Works perfect for me. I also bring the empty bottles of my other 7 that I needed to be filled within the next few weeks so 13 total prescriptions. I have only used one other pharmacy before this and for the past 2 years (when I started getting sick) the same doctor prescribed ALL my medications. I work hard to make sure he does them all. When I broke my foot in 3 places the ER doctor wanted to prescribe me narcotics I told him no I will get from my primary. This was even before my kidney surgeries so I wasnt taking any but I knew its frowned upon to have different doctors so I went 2 full days without so I could get from my primary. The ER doc was pleasantly surprised by that. So Diego tells me give him a few to get the other 3 filled plus my pain medication. I had also called my insurance prior to make sure there were no issues and they told me that Diego had already called and had ran my narcotic prescription. Great.. I say sure thing I have to go to Post Office and get lab work before i leave for AZ so since they close at 6 I say I will be back. I come back a little before 5 nothing is ready and the pharmacist doesnt want to fill my pain RX since its 2 days early. My doc gave it to me since I was leaving out of town. I postponed my trip believing I would be getting my meds filled per our conversation on Friday. The pharmacist on duty is not the one who approved everything on Friday. If there had been and issue on Friday i would go back to my pharmacist in Murrieta them for this month at start with them next month but she said no we can do it. I purposely went to them to start a new relationship Closer to home more convenient. Its was a mess. At this time it too late to even go to Murrieta to the 4 I need filled since they close at 6. It messed up my whole trip and almost my relationship with my pharmacist in Murrieta since the pharmacist on duty decided to call him. He treated me like a drug addict and that was wrong. I've only had one doctor prescribe me them and only been to one pharmacy EVER since I started to get sick. I couldn't believe it. I get their are laws which is why I called 2 days ahead to introduce myself and to explain everything. I would have had no problem waiting if they would of just told me up front they couldn't do it. I expected them to do what they said they were going to. My trip got messed up which angers me the most. I would of been a good customer with 13 prescriptions every month. Lesson learned. Just going to stay with my guy in Murrieta. By the way Diego was great and he tried to help me, he really tried to get it done for me. I felt bad he was put in that position the pharmacist made him look bad and he didnt care. I wish Diego worked at the pharmacy in Murrieta. He would be a good customer relations specialist. Hes great.
