Great experience here. T-Mobile is the most flexible, best value, who actually cares about their customers. Parking is horrible here so you may have to park at Panda Express next door or even behind... more

Bought the new A20 for $250.00 and added a line under the free A10E as well. Both screen protectors were installed poorly so they gave us one for the A10E which we installed perfectly - my A20 screen is still jacked up and they've put at least 6 other protectors on. The last time i was in there they even had the nerve to tell me that their $40.00 screen protector has been crooked on other phones.. fault of manufacturerLewis had helped us set up and we paid roughly $380.00 that day, which seemed excessice, only $125.00 of that being my $250 phone. My bills were to be as discussed - $125.00. My bill this month is a comical $164.00. Theyve added charges for hotspot each month, 3 lines instead of 2, 3 protection plans instead of 2. Theres over $30.00 of charge that were added and never discussed. 100 for two lines, 4.80 a month for my A20 is 124.80..When i finally tried to get my screen fixed after 5 times of going to the store they GAVE me one as if to leave breaking policy they claim, so i took it and left. Before changing my screen protector i realize they didnt give me the $40.00 screen protector i paid for, but a cheaper $25.00 one. They actually tried to play me and slip through a lower quality screen protector! When bringing it to them deevan told me to keep it, that they were out of stock, and to just go to anotber store.My phone online to purchase -$150Tmobile phone to purchase - $250.00, and fees for sim card kits, service transfers, other hidden feesScreen protectors online to purhase - $25.00Screen protectors at tmobile to purchase - $40.00 and poor installation by some less that enthusiastic or productive emoloyees.I'm furious that today will be the 7th time going to this Tmobile store. My bills were to be $125.00, not $164 AFTER my $10.00 autopay discount. I had goo luck with my single line, their whole "100 for 2 lines" is a dumb joke to scam our downriver community. It's a huge shame that they cant even train their employees. I'll be searching for the slew of surveys you've sent and spread the word to stick with Sprint or Verizon. Theres so much more that happened but i'll save that for the large platforms. I had so many referrals coming your way, stop taking advantage of customers.

I am very happy with T-Mobile. I have been with them for ten years. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I was impressed that they will help you no matter how many times you go in there. When. I purchased my phone they set everything up. They put in my Facebook, E-mail, all my apps. I didn't have to do a thing. The rates are very affordable. You can't beat them. Angel was the name of the lady that helped me. She is FANTASTIC!!

I went to my local store in Woodhaven for an upgrade today an once again received great customer service! Daniel had us out the door in less than 15 minutes. We have been customers for over 2 years, with more lines than I care to admit, but we have always been pleased with the service we have received at the Woodhaven store. I particularly appreciate the fact that they recommend products and always tell you about the deals going on without being pushy about it. Thanks, guys!

I stopped into the T-Mobile Woodhaven store with a question about my bill. I was cheeerfully greeted by Daniel, who promptly looked up my account fond the reason for the discrepancies in my bill and saved me $10 a month. He informed me of the latest phones and nearly sold me a new one. Were we not on a very strict budget and looking for any way at all to cut back our expenditures I’m sure I would have left with a new phone. I would consider Daniel a valuable asset to your business. I will be looking for him when we are ready to upgrade.

I met Daniel through social media & it was literally perfect timing. I was very unhappy at the time with Verizon cause I had a phone that I had just leased & was very unhappy with it. Daniel contacted me & informed me of the current promotions where if I switched to t mobile they would pay off my current phone with a balance over $600. I thought somehow I wouldn’t qualify for it but I did & got out of the phone I had & got a new iPhone XR & my wife was able to keep her phone & even lowered our bill plus got unlimited data. I had several questions on the process & Daniel was very patient with me & help to explain how it would work. When I could come in to finish the transaction he came into work when he wasn’t scheduled till later in the day to finish it especially after he was just at the store very late the night before. Words can’t say how happy I am with Daniel & everything he did. I look forward to my new & exciting journey with T-Mobile.

Worst service! Buyer beware! Have never had issues until the past year with this location. Today we were told by Tiffany and the store manager Ryan that after buying a iphone xs max via preorder online that we need to upload all info ourselves an they turned us away. Ryan told me if we bought from his store he would've helped but since it was bought online his service was pretty much at will. This phone will be returned an we will be taking our busines elsewhere!

Parking is horrible here so you may have to park at Panda Express next door or even behind the building. Poor design of the lot. This T-Mobile is night & day better than the Sprint store across the street both in customer service and technical support.
