I'm pretty sure this review will not make it on their site but I agree with the past review..."compassionate" should not be part of their name. They have absolutely no compassion. The office staff in the saginaw office is very unprofessional and juvenile. They could all use some training. I have never worked for a company in my 28 years of working experience that blatantly lied to both employees and clients. Or that have actually taken on clients WITHOUT even going to their home first before sending in a caregiver! I love all the "new" reviews since I have given mine...trying desperately to get a better rating...but ultimately the truth comes out.
