MOCA used to be the spot. Lately, not so much. What was once a five minute wait has turned into a 45 minute wait. No flower on the menu and blame the cultivators when every other dispensary seems to be loaded... if this is the performance before recreational.. I worry for the future of moca.

Went for the first time this week and really satisfied with the product and service. It's a slight bit pricy compared to the street and my experiences buying at stores in LA, but I'm clearly paying more for a better selection, sanitary packaging and facilities (something completely lacking in CA), and I've never had a street dealer with a points rewards program. Danny gave me a joint for nothing my first time there. He's extremely helpful, informative, and pleasant. Dave assisted me the second time and he was nice and a happy guy.One downside is that you can't try the bud in the dispensary, and there aren't any hotties selling dabs and rolling joints behind the bar like in LA, but it was still a good experience.

People at the sales counter are cool as the other side of my pillow, but they got a dude behind glass who seems to be the resident mellow harsher. He's the reason i give 4 instead of 5 and the reason ill be changing dispensaries. Nuts to Good Time Terminator. Im trying to recover from surgery and illness, not be harassed by some jag off. Well the prices piss me off too, but all dispensaries in IL are shaking patients by the ankles. They act caring and most employees seem like they really do, but the owners are clearly robber barons.
