I recently chose MOCA to be my medical dispensary and to say that I have not been disappointed is an understatement. Long story short - when you become sick, everything changes, everything. It seems likes nothing can be easy anymore. Having MOCA as my dispensary takes a great deal of stress out of my life and I am FOREVER grateful. It's such a simple task for me to log in and place my order online. The selection is incredible, the menu is easily navigated, and I can choose my pick up time. From the security officers to the sales associates, I know that I'll always be greeted by friendly faces. Everyone has always been incredibly welcoming, knowledgable, and easy to talk to. I am so appreciative for MOCA and all the staff and I would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone!

I am a medical patient and had recently changed to this dispensary after moving near this location. Out of the 4 times I have tried to place an order, 3 have been completely unsuccessful. Poor customer service, long wait times, frustrating online purchasing experience, and low/ unpredictable supply of product has made me regret shopping here. Most recently, after placing an order and making an appointment for pick up, I waited 30 minutes (the time of my pickup window) just to be told that they were at capacity, closing, and that they were canceling my order. When trying to reason with them I was given no answers and no apology. Safe to say, I am going back to my old dispensary!!

I unfortunately go to MOCA because it’s my registered dispensary and it’s the closest location to where i stay. My boyfriend literally has to give me a pep talk every time I go in to buy something because every time there seems to be a new story when I get back to the car about a rude employee or violent security guard. I love the post that says “it feels like you’re being punished by giving them your money” because it’s SO TRUE! Every time I get out hundreds of dollars I can’t believe I have to turn around and give it to someone who’s going to be so unprofessional. Yeah the prices are?? Ok?? I mean? Have you been to another dispensary in Chicago? Pretty comparable, especially if you’re a patient. Waiting until the day more dispensaries open so I can switch my location to one that doesn’t give me a panic attack before I go inside!

I love this dispensary my local dispensary is rise in Mundelein but they have no selection at the moment for flower and I can only smoke indicas and they had a great selections of ateast 4 or 5 different indica strains with another 15 hybrids it was a great selection. Next the people where friendly and my first visit they did something that rise didn't which was gave me a free small bag of gummies and a thing of papers wasnt more than 50mg in the gummies but still its the fact that they treat new customers good and give them a reason to come back. Bud is pricey but good definitely worth it.

Made the switch to get my meds here. The process to place an order is like jumping through hoops but for recreational it's a simple 1-2-3! For medical to place an order you have to email them first, then wait for another email back for a link. Got the link and it isnt working keeps telling me error. Emailed for help not one email back it's been hours! Called to speak to someone for help and got nothing!

Obviously, MOCA sells pot. Took a friend to get their medical pot. I was very surprised to find out a person can only purchase one pot cigarette at a time for $20.00 each. My friend later told me the pot was ground so finely a lot of it came into his mouth with each puff. The street salesman will be around for a long time. $20.00 bucks a pop? Wow!

I am a patient and picking this store as a provider was a really bad idea. The manager and the stuff working there are really condescending and they are only trying to rush to the next customer. I reserved online and my order was given to a different person. When I ask why? The manager acted really aggressive and told me that was the way things were. Suggesting I had to leave the store. I ended going to a different dispensary as a recreational customer to get the medication I’d been getting there for 3 years.

Not at all how a dispensary should feel. Realistically speaking it felt like an overly secured carnival ride, with absolutely no product selections and no "flower". I went in with a friend who is battling Leukemia and due to his ID being less than a month expired, he was unable to even enter, let alone retrieve any of the medical forms needed to enlist. I went in for him and quickly found it to be extremely unorganized. They handed me a paper with what was available and limited my purchase to only one item.I just find it ironic that the existence of this place was to help those in need, not turn them away. I think the idea is there, but the service and reputability with the public have a long way to go.

I was in town for the All Star game so I thought I would check out a dispensary. I bought a disposable vape pen, some capsules and some gummies. Cost me $145. Well, it turns out the $68 vape pen doesn't even work!! I tried everything to get it to work with no avail. Since I had already spent 2 hours to get the goodies I didn't have the luxury of going back. I'm not opposed to paying for good products, but I wasted $68. Not happy.
