Love this place. Love the crew. But last visit, I saw something that made me a little uncomfortable. On the crew's down time between orders.. I didn't see anyone change gloves. I saw scratching heads, touching their face, etc..and doing other things while they were talking. All gloves needs to be changed between making new orders. Other than that it's a wonderful crew very nice very friendly, never a long wait.

4.6 stars, what a joke. 1 star rating is partially my fault for giving this place multiple chances. They either screw up my order or are difficult to work with anytime I order. Also, by screw up, I specifically mean that the last two times I went to pick up my order they don't even know what I'm talking about and I have to place a new order. Got a $40 gift card for this place, went to order pizzas online, declined. Call them to order, they said they can't take it. We'll have to go in and show them the card, I can't get out tonight so I currently have a worthless piece of plastic.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Not only is the food amazing but the staff is beyond friendly. We have been coming to this location for about two years now and never once had any problems with our orders, everything is always exactly the way we requested it. The staff is understanding and happy to help. I once dropped my cheese bread as I was walking out and without any hesitation they made another. All the staff there is great, especially Nick!

Yummy yummy yummy!!! This place is delicious! The crew are very friendly and upbeat. I like to her about 500 toppings and they do not mind at all! I have noticed some dirty tables a few times, but I’m usually there during busy times... I bet the workers must have to focus on making those delicious pizzas so I’m not taking away a star for that.

Love the fact that there are so many options, and I can have my pizza any way I like it! Think Subway for pizza lovers, only better because the price depends on the crust size, not the toppings. White sauce, garlic rub, mozzarella and feta cheeses, sliced tomatoes, red onions, mild Italian sausage, chicken and bacon, then drizzled with ranch and sprinkled with parmesan. My fav, yum! I also love the crust. And the employees have been friendly and helpful every time I've been here.

I've been going to this location for quite a while now but my last visit was excellent! Is seemed as if all of the employees were happy to be there and wanted to help. I don't know if this guy was the manager but he was super friendly going around checking on tables to see of people were enjoying their pizza. But I have never had that experience at this restaurant before and I would like to say great job to the MOD pizza staff Livonia location. I enjoyed my pizza on the Cauliflower Crust...

Best Pizza I've had so far in the Detroit area. It's a hip place and they hugely cater to what you want personally. The key to it being awesome is the ingredients and sauces available to you... the kind they don't serve at other Pizza places. The quality of the ingredients are also all very good. Most Pizza places fail this step which makes them serve an inferior Pizza. The food is quick, the location is very nice and the staff are always very pleasant. I heavily recommend this place.

You just can't beat the convenience of MOD Pizza. Online you can create your own pizza with a great selection of toppings and by the time you arrive there 10 minutes or so later your pizza is coming out of the oven. The crust is nice and thin so that you can enjoy a pizza and not a loaf of bread with toppings all over it. I normally don't eat pizza crust but their thin crust is so nice and crunchy around the edges that I can't get enough of it.

Pizza! Wow I love pizza, MOD is my favorite, the crust a little thin but perfectly cooked with extreme flavor, toppings everything you can name, customize to your liking or try a different kind of pizza recommended by others. Drinks: Well the Root Beers my fav, but there ice, yes ice it's the good ice (lil ice), they also have desserts shakes, and specialty mini cakes. Yummm 🤩😋🤩😋 If you haven't had a MOD go try it, you will love it!!!Thanx MOD, until next timeXoxo favorite fan & loyal customer

I think this is the best of the "the Subways of pizza" places. Good variety of topings and they aren't stingy like some similar places.Oh and I've only been there 3 times, but I got 3 different counter people who had that "I'm genuinely happy to be working here today, and I'm glad you walked into my restaurant today" attitude. I've dealt with too many "fake nice" counter people who left you feeling like you had to jump into the shower and rinse all that artificial sweetener off.
