I am getting pretty fed up with the calls from the office. They are calling me asking me to schedule appointments that have already been made. They seem very unorganized. I did like the two doctors I met. But, for a chronic issue, I would hope to only see one person or for everyone to be on the same page. The second doctor informed me that the previous doctor had already spoken to me about a plan. However, all the info was new to me. I do not see this as a very productive or organized place. It is unfortunate because I did like the employees kindness, but they are so unorganized and not very proactive in helping me with a major health problem. It was this location and two urgent cares of Multicare. I would not suggest this to anyone unless you have a minor check up or issue. I will be looking for another medical group to help me in the future.

Long waits in waiting room and long waits in doctors office. Very little parking. Time with doctor 20mins or so. Plan to spend 2 hours here for regular prenatal care visit. Care was not so good, felt like a waste of time. Most doctors and nurses were nice, i dont think its their fault. This place is just overwhelmed with people. If possible go elsewhere.

Been coming here for a few years now. I had my first baby here but only because of Dr. Garren. She was the sweetest provider I ever had but unfortunately she left because she was only a resident and graduated elsewhere. I’m on my second pregnancy now and will be switching somewhere else. They get you in and out quick but a lot of the providers act like they don’t care. There have been numerous times where i had to go to urgent care for issue(s) they didn’t address or look into for whatever reason. Paula Constance is very un-empathetic and i’ve filed a formal complaint not once but twice with her! Got nothing back, no call back from the director or anything. Even had a family friend of mine file a complaint as well, I’m surprised Paula still there. The parking is horrible, and on top of that you don’t ever actually get to see the doctor you’re assigned to. Just whoever is available at the time. I recently had an appointment here and the nurse asked who my PCP was. I flat out told her i have no clue, which is sad! I’ve seen about 6 different doctors this pregnancy. Don’t waste your time here.

I have been a patient here for awhile I needed to see my doctor of course he’s never available so I saw a new doctor that is at the clinic now she’s horrible insulting didn’t help me at all wasted my time and front desk wasn’t any help they can’t get me seen at all next with someone else and I am running very high blood pressures I am very disappointed and stressed I hope they fix this matter.

There are some really good caring competent professionals here and there is the yin to the Yang some very uncaring incompetent people that should be performing Eugenics rather than HealthcareAnd and a good dentist. If you like to gamble on the quality of your healthcare, this is the perfect place for you.

Going to this practice is a complete waste of time. I tried to schedule an appointment for a pressing matter that deserves a lot of attention, and I was told that my appointment would be 20 minutes long! When I asked if I could be scheduled for a longer time than that I was told that twenty minutes is the standard, and if I needed more time than that I would have to return for another 20 minute visit after the previous one. . .for something that most likely could be addressed in one appointment.I don't understand how rushing someone out in twenty minutes is extending quality care. The fact that this hasn't been addressed concerns me a lot. Being rushed out of an appointment for an urgent issue sends a message that patients are devalued over paychecks. If that isn't bad enough to give anyone a reason to look elsewhere, the parking is terrible and the wait time is completely outrageous! Also, you hardly ever get to see your assigned PCP. You're basically shuffled around the practice to whoever is available at the time; unless you'd like to be scheduled a couple of months out to see your PCP. I will be going elsewhere moving forward, and I will be forewarning as many people as possible to reconsider attending this practice. The level of "care" that is provided here is horrendous! They don't give a damn about patient care.

I called as a new patient to schedule an appointment and the woman I spoke with from the front desk was incredible. I couldn't figure out my member ID number but she was patient and understanding and helped me locate it. It was a joy to speak with her and I could tell she was interested in getting me taken care of with my appointment schedule. I hate that I forgot her name but her customer service deserves all the recognition!!!!

Been coming to TFM for over 10 years. Have had great doctors and a couple of not so good. Recently however I'm having no luck getting anything done. My Dr. doesn't call me and she won't push required tests through like previous doctors. I'm extremely frustrated and have given up trying to get the tests they say I need but won't help me get. I need to have a conversation with someone in charge but don't know who to call. I'm considering a new PCP with some other group.

Most the doctors are fine, I had one that I really did not care for but only saw her once. But good luck finding parking, I’ve been to this office probably 30 times between two pregnancies and only found parking in their lot twice. The garage next door is full more than half the time so later in pregnancy expect to walk a few blocks or arrive twenty minutes before your check in time so you can circle the parking lot

Dr Beiker was great. She dealt with me through 2 pregnancies going above and beyond. She caught both of my babies was engaged and interested in their development. With my first birth I was ready to quit nd get a c-section. She helped me through it. Unfortunately she is no longer there to be my children's pediatric doctor. The people/workers are great and they do what they can to make place itself run smoothly however they are quite slow and visits tend to be longer than needed because you spend the majority of it in the waiting room.
