Going to this practice is a complete waste of time. I tried to schedule an appointment for a pressing matter that deserves a lot of attention, and I was told that my appointment would be 20 minutes long! When I asked if I could be scheduled for a longer time than that I was told that twenty minutes is the standard, and if I needed more time than that I would have to return for another 20 minute visit after the previous one. . .for something that most likely could be addressed in one appointment.I don't understand how rushing someone out in twenty minutes is extending quality care. The fact that this hasn't been addressed concerns me a lot. Being rushed out of an appointment for an urgent issue sends a message that patients are devalued over paychecks. If that isn't bad enough to give anyone a reason to look elsewhere, the parking is terrible and the wait time is completely outrageous! Also, you hardly ever get to see your assigned PCP. You're basically shuffled around the practice to whoever is available at the time; unless you'd like to be scheduled a couple of months out to see your PCP. I will be going elsewhere moving forward, and I will be forewarning as many people as possible to reconsider attending this practice. The level of "care" that is provided here is horrendous! They don't give a damn about patient care.
