12/15/17 I don't understand how these folks are so FRIENDLY & treat you like a "ROCK STAR" Debbie has got to be the nicest person "IN THE WORLD " HANDS DOWN !! who gives freebies out to good customers,t-shirts etc. And the specials...BOGO,& Dailey deals !! These guys are ("THE BOMB")...AWESOME.12/15/17 thank you so much. Can't wait for" DEBBIES " to open..

I used to have great experiences there. The product was always wonderful the staff was fast and didn't leave people in the waiting room for long periods of time but stuff started to change. I requested information on finding out if I was eligible for their loyalty program because I spent more than enough money there but I never got a call back and so I quit going there. Another reason I quit going there was because the amount of time that their staff would take they would have 2 to 4 people in the back room and would not be helping more than one person the rest of the people would be joking around and laughing and having a good old time while there were patients waiting in the lobby.

Id rate 0 stars if i could.VERY rude workers. Sat in the lobby for 20 mins no help.after another 15 mins, 5 more customers walk in and RIGHT AWAY they were helped skipped me in line. All i wanted was a battery for my pen. Then when i ask "what the hell?" I get ignored. Keep in mind i was there right when opened 1 customer ahead of me and 3 workers.No excuse as to why i didnt/couldnt get helped. Very poor customer service.
