Catfish is great! I asked her how do the Crab Fries taste... she said “I work here, of course I’m going to tell you their good” ... I replied “ well, I would expect you to be honest, what if you know they’re not the greatest, and I end up agreeing with you.” Lol... she said “then don’t order them next time”Crab fries had very little crab, tasted ok... definitely not worth $13.Wings are ok. Might try again sometime... if Chicken Shack is too busy

Shady establishment My gf order Thur the phone, payed over the phone. they didn’t even ask for a name for the order. She went to pick up and the cashier tell her someone already pick up her order. They didn’t wanna give her money back nor other order. Eventually we got our money back.

As much as I like to support black owned businesses, this was a difficult review to compose...The food was exceptional, however, Natasha is VERY rude. I placed an order online through Postmates (first time) & it didn’t give me the option to have my wings “naked” w/sauce on the side. I decided to call the establishment & I proceeded to ask questions, she immediately gave me an attitude, was not very helpful, & acted as if I was bothering her. She was so rude & unwelcoming I tried to cancel my order. My bf talked me into keeping the order, it took over an hour for our wings/tenders/fries. I would like to give this place another chance but I will not tolerate bad customer service . I am not writing this to be evil but to express my dissatisfaction & bring light to an area of opportunity that can be improved. In conclusion, if you want decent food & don’t mind a long wait & attitude then this is the place for you.

The food is great. The customer service is not. My husband and I did not feel welcome here. No greeting when we entered. No have a nice day. Just a face that looked unhappy with the world. I thought maybe something might have happened that day to ruin her day but no my husband does deliveries and gets the same rude service every time he goes there to pick up food?

I just went there for the first time. I ordered hot wings and garlic parmesan wings and I must say the garlic parmesan wings were very flavorful and the hot wings live up to the name "hot". If you actually want wings that will burn your lips off this is the place for you. I enjoyed them very much. I will be returning to try their other delicious food items.

The food was amazing. I order 5 bone in wings, which was amazing. Very flavorful well seasoned. And I also got the shrimp and crab fries. Not going to lie I was iffy about trying them, but they were actually great. Definitely order them again. I wish I would had taken pictures but it got eaten to fast lol. Great jobs guys. Wish ur restaurant nothing but the best.

Slammin! I need to meet Big Mama and find out what magic she's sprinkling on her food. We had catfish, hot bone-in wings, and hot chicken strips. I don't eat cole slaw...EVER. But, I had to try it since everything else was so good. I'm certain there's pixie dust in Big Mama's cole slaw... It's delicious. Portions also on point. Turning our meals into two since they give you so much food. Definitely a "must try."

Service is amazing, great customer service, very friendly cook and manager, also very hospitable...I ordered the 3 piece finger combo and these are honestly the smallest chicken fingers I've ever had, but were tossed in an excellent mild sauce, the chicken and fries were very fresh. 4/5 for the size of the chicken but amazing staff, great atmosphere, and flavor packed chicken and fresh fries!

Big Mama's Wings and Things is a total hidden jewel in Henderson (and the entire Las Vegas valley). I want to leave a pretty long review, because the owners of this restaurant deserve it.First of all, they keep this restaurant clean. I wanted to mention it right away because this is important for me. You could tell immediately that keeping a clean establishment is important to the owners too. Everything was clean, from the tables, chairs to the condiments, the floor... you name and they keep this place clean, clean, clean. They even made sure that you could see into the kitchen. I like that touch, since it shows that they don't have anything to hide. Now for the food. Yum, yum, yum. I think they use family recipes because it is so different from other places. I was hoping for something different and got it. I am not sure what they do, but the breading is light and the sauces are flavorful. I always get the boneless combo. 6 tenders, fries and a drink for $12.95 (such a good deal). I also wanted to mention about those fries. They have the timing down so that when you get your order, the fries and tenders are both right out of the "oven" and piping hot. I have gone to too many places where the food isn't served at the same temperature. You get either hot (temperature) fries or wings, but not both. It happens all the time at BWW, the wings are hot and fresh, but the fries are room temp. (or vice versa). Not here, at Big Mama's, the fries and wings are delivered perfectly. The food is "made to order" which I love. Kudos. I haven't had their crab fries yet, but I will next time.The service? Nice and professional. I could tell that this is a family-owned business who cares about their reputation. It looks like the owners are always there, which is awesome because they do a quality check before you get served. The location is a bit tricky, they are tucked away in a strip shopping center on Green Valley Pkwy, near Sunset Station casino and Galleria at Sunset mall. In a way, it works well, because parking is a breeze.Big Mama's Wing and Things IS on my regular rotation of local restaurants. They are worth the drive from Summerlin to Henderson. I don't need a side trip to make it worth the drive. Their food is so tasty!!!I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to here. We rarely get such awesome places with a local flair and if we do, it is usually pricey or some silly theme. The value is definitely here and the food is delicious. I am starting to get in the mood for those tenders and fries. Looks like a trip to Big Mama's is on the agenda real soon.Give them a shot and I am positive you will like them too. It a lock.
