Just made my first of what will be MANY trips to Mother Earth! This place is fantastic, wonderful layout, wonderful choice of products, and most of all they have Justin! Justin was an absolute angel, made me feel right at home the moment I walked in (new places can be weird sometimes) I explained what was going on with me and he immediately helped me navigate their many options. Justin was patient with all my questions (I’ve never used CBD products) and offered additional information that was very helpful. Before I left with my new products Justin took the time to write out instructions on how to use them and put me at ease with his further instruction of “call or stop in if you have any questions “ because he actually meant it.I look forward to a return trip!

Wonderful health and wellness herbal remedy store. Beautiful interior (the outside doesn't do it justice); bright, spacious with a minimalist sort of style, nice decor. Great personalities of the workers, who are very knowledgeable and willing to offer their knowledge and advice and help guide the customer in the right direction. No pressure, friendly service. From tinctures to day lamps to essential oils, to a variety of CBD products - this is a great little store to have in the community.

This store is very warm and cozy. I felt really comfortable going in here and asking questions. I was not sure what I was looking for, but the person asked me several questions to determine the best fit for me. The staff member was knowledgeable and was able to help me with my specific problem. I have been to other CBD retailers where the staff are not able to answer my questions about specific products. What a gem to find New Haven!! I will be recommending this store to everyone:)

Very convenient location. I have recommended this store to many people and will continue to. Staff will give you their honest opinion on what best suits your needs. Very well educated on products and prices are very reasonable for the quality you are purchasing. I highly reccomend this store to anyone for themselves, family, friends, and pets as well.

What natural health store doesn't carry ear candles!? For starters, we had a terrible freezing rain/snow day- So I called in advance, got no answer, left a voicemail asking for a call back (making sure they were open with weather conditions). I drove half an hour to this location, walked in, and was told they didn't carry ear candles. Literally EVERY other natural health store I called carried ear candles... Not to mention, the man behind the counter didn't seem very friendly or welcoming. I'd spend my money elsewhere with no questions asked

I came here for the first time recently and spent $8, the cashier spent at least 30 seconds each checking my $5 bill and all of my $1 bills holding them up to the light and comparing them to other bills. Wasted almost 5 mins of my time to check if my $5 and $1 bills were fake. Are you kidding me? I felt really offended and annoyed by this guy wasting my time over a 5 and some 1’s. Won’t be going back here.
