Feedback:
I had this place recommended from a friend and it doesn't disappoint! This place has so much to look at! I'm always spending over an hour just wandering around, deciding what to pick up this week. Everything smells so fresh and looks so lively. Then you head inside and wow! So much more stuff to browse! Even forgot to pick up one of the items I had originally come for. Oh well, guess I have to go back! 😉 Great selection, staff knows their stuff and everyone knows how to social distance! Come check it out for yourself!

I went here today after going to the Green Acres just to try and stay local and small. I asked a lady working if she would answer a quick question about a white rose tree I was trying to find for a friend and she told me, “there are only a few sales people working today, they (the rose trees) are over there—go see what you can find for yourself.” How quickly those who still have a job forget how lucky they are. The parking lot here is robust when other businesses have been forced to shutter. I’m so thankful for the care I get at the larger nursery And the polite workers they are employing during this time.
Feedback:
If I could’ve given a zero I would, due to absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked for help twice and their reply was sorry we’re short handed. When asked by the cashier did you find everything today? I said yes I did and no one could help me with the larger items. She then said, we’re short handed, mumbled something and said she didn’t care. Wow!! Well I care, I had a long list of items to purchase. I took the time to pick out what I want and again the cashier didn’t care just said sorry. I guess they don’t need any customer business.

Great selection for all your landscaping needs. The incredible variety of plants are laid out in such a way as to take the guesswork out of where to put them in your garden. With knowledgeable staff available to answer any extra questions. Plenty of pretty containers and pots, as well as the more utilitarian versions. Fun outside decorations, wall art, wind chimes and statues. They are also set up to beautify the house plant selections for gifts. Delivery service and discounts for quantity purchases show an appreciation for their customers.
Feedback:
I love this little(big!) nursery. The thing, to me, that differentiates a nursery from a hardware store is the care, selection, and variety nurseries have. You wont find uniformity but you will find knowledgable people and a vast sea of plants. Trees, flowers, shrubs, fruit and vegetables, bonsai, even indoor plants. Local selection that varies by season. I almost never leave empty handed, and at the very least I learn about a new plant with every visit!
Feedback:
Eisely Nursery is the best. For the most part, staff are well educated about trees & plants. If not, feel free to ask for someone who specializes in desired plant. In comparison to other plant purchases from competition, Eisley's always does well and will exceed my expectations. This family run business stands behind their products. I am a second generation Auburn Eisley fan. They are fair, courteous and belpful.
Feedback:
From a business to business standpoint, I'd have to rate them 1 Star due to the rudeness of the person I spoke to. Very unprofessional sounding--hung up before i could say anything further. Maybe it was due to the timing, inexperience of taking calls from other businesses -- im entirely unsure but the call was mere seconds before the gal hung up after saying, "yeah...we're good".
Feedback:
Hello...the Boston Fern Strangler here...I just love Eisley's. I have murdered 100's of dollars of plants since moving to the foothills 5 years ago. In Sac you buy it at Home Depot and it will probably grow. Before that I lived in SoCal which is a gardening no brainer at sunny sea level. But at 1958 ft. who knew that the deer would eat it, the frost would freeze it and when you pull up your 10 ft high scotch broom so your house won't burn your shady spot has all day sun?A neighbor sent me to Eisley's. Bingo. They know their plants, are endlessly willing to help and the prices while higher than the big box store are for quality plants that will make it through even my confused attempts at gardening. Hooray for Eisley's!
Feedback:
Eisley's has great plants, lots of variety and helpful employees. But also apparently, salsa and jam...we picked up a jar there last weekend, and I just wolfed down almost half the Mango Lime Salsa, quite possibly the best I've ever had! Yummy...also we killed plants regularly either from Home Depot, other nurseries, gifts, but none from Eisley's have died!
