I have had nothing but good experiences at the store. The staff may seem laid back but if you have any questions concerns or problems they are there for you. Their prices are in the ballpark and when I order two or three or four bags of fertilizer, they don’t even ask they just grab it and roll it out to my truck. To me that’s pretty good service. But the best part of the store is their knowledge of problems with grows. They have helped me immensely and my crop has benefited greatly from their advice I would recommend them to anyone.

Not sure why anyone would give 1 star!This place has everthing you would need/want, prices are in line with others, and everytime I walk in here I am greeted with a smile, a hello, and asking If I need any help. Advice is always available, and these guys are knowledgeable. Great place to shop, no matter how long you have grown. Great place and experience overall...

No one here has any motivation to work, nor really seems to know much of what they are talking about, but they offer some of the best prices in town, and have the best inventory. Plus, if you're buying lots from here, they have an amazing baller membership you can buy your way into. Once you do you receive the keys to by far the best prices on anything grow related you could need!

just moved to the area.I have been dealing with shops in the bay area for the last 18 years have a couple a buddy that owns Shops . Can honestly say prices are definitely low for a legitimate shop. The guys were friendly and didn't try to push their products on me yet sold me what I was asking for. I have only visited this store A couple of times but the staff was always helpful ,courteous and had what I needed.

Clean, well equipped and somewhat friendly. I clearly wasent part of the regulars and felt it but I still was well tended too. I was looking for a soil ammenemt and he quickly found a water soluble organic fertilizer that did more then I even needed at a great price per weight. Have recommended multiple times and will return soon for my next round!
