I have been coming to this dispensary since they opened.The customer service is ok sometimes. The products are majority of the time not that good. VERY limited selection.Bought a cartridge before that was defective. Manufacturer defect but they took it back and gave me another.Edibles are overpriced. Go further East for better deals on the same brand/product.I stopped going after seeing how often the products were not that great, edibles being overpriced, and very few products to choose from.

The staff was nice and they had a huge flower selection, but not much in the way of tinctures or THC and CBD blends. It’s good if you’re looking to smoke, but if you’re lookin for a variety of medical alternatives, not so much. Also the guy behind the counter said CBD isn’t a natural anti-inflammatory but THC is, which isn’t true. Its a good place for recreational, not so much medicinal.

I would leave negative stars if I couldWhen I left the "manager" told me and I quote "You're lucky I'm letting you leave"..... Um B that's a threat what is she gonna jump the counter?! Solo is the best thing left there. This place has really bottomed out. I have been going there since it opened and have had a few issues with random products and they are usually great about taking care of it. I took in 4 SHITTY platinum vape carts that bubbled up like chocolate milk, oil in the straw, and ultimately stripped my pen. I spent $100 and I went to go see what we could do about that. I know it is not the retailers fault for bad product, but TERRIBLE Customer service is on the DISPO. The "manager" basically told me she would give me 4 more Platinums, I passed thanks, then offered me to replace with products I've never tried, then tried to UPCHARGE me......UM no I spent $100 I want my value spent. TOLD HER TWICE I was not paying anything more. Then on my way out she started talking trash about me before I even got out the door. I responded I can hear you, and that's when she stated the opening quote - you're lucky Im letting you leave. B**** you gonna fight me at your establishment?!! OWNERS- DO BETTER!! I will NEVER BE BACK, but you don't Need my business right??

i’m torn..the service was good, people were friendly and fast, but the prices were wiiiiild, especially considering the bottom shelf was laughable quality and the next two tiers up weren’t much better. also instead of a first time patient package, you get to play a “game” where you drop a ball in a maze and wherever it lands that’s what you get. the best prize available is two prerolls. i got one lighter. bummed cuz i liked the people but the prices will probably keep me from coming back.

I called to discuss the product I purchased last night and the response I received led me to write a review. I purchased what I thought was a Hybrid-Indica dominant product (ZITTLES) which had the ratio 70/30 listed on the container. After consuming the product which smelled ever so sweet, I am 1000% I was sold a SATIVA. The 70 % is most certainly the percentage of SATIVA. MCK employees are not knowledgeable regarding their products, how to sell to customers, or how to retain customers. I should have read the reviews on weedmaps which state the exact same thing---THE TRUTH! I would rather pull grass from my non-existing garden than to return to this dispensary to make any sort of purchase.
