I went in and the sales guy Jeb Was so NICE, not pushy at all!! Let me look around and come back to him when I found one I wanted to look at in more detail. The cars are clean, very clean actually! After all the paperwork was filled out I met the manager Jessie to finish up the sale, again very nice person. Went over all the paperwork in detail made sure I understood all the warranty’s and then it was all done. Didn’t take a million hours they were as quick as possible. This is the dealer I would use again for my used car needs.

I am a previous employee of Maple Leaf Motors for a Short lived 30 days I endured and witnessed some of the shadiest, and illegal stuff working here. These guys are the absolute worst! THEY WILL SELL YOU A FAULTY VEHICLE CLAIMING IT IS SAFE AND SOUND. They put families in vehicles that blow up a week later and have no problem doing so then avoid answering the phones when you call to check in on a warranty. Please do yourself a favor and take your money else where. Jeb is a liar and money thirsty. BILL the owner laughs about vehicles blowing up and how much they’re over charging for barely running vehicles.

Last Place My Mom and I went to after about 2 horrible weeks searching for a nice, dependable & Bigger vehicle in My price range and EVERY single vehicle I test drove( I was on a short time limit before we had to be back to Modesto,Ca!) EVERY SINGLE ONE had the check engine light come on either immediately or after about 20min driving around!!! & This was the nicest, friendliest and very knowledgeable staff out of the 100's of places we endured Hands Down would def recommend You take Your Business to Maple Leaf Motors!I've had my SUV named Rosie about a year now and am still Very Happy & Grateful in the end we found it when we did!!! & compared to some of these horrible places with terrible staffs I give Maple Leaf Motors 5*****!!!

Bought a 2007 Honda Odyssey from them. They were willing to work with credit. 4 days later it started acting up and had to be taken into the shop, Jeb (at Spanaway) and Rob (at Tacoma) went above and beyond, in my opinion, to get it fixed and back on the road again. They are super helpful and I appreciate everything they did for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

got a good minivan for our daughter. the salesperson was no pressure which i appreciated. we paid cash in full and they gave us a great deal. van runs great. i am so glad we stopped there. our daughter was so happy and surprised. i highly recommend stopping by if you are looking for a nice buying experience.thanks so much guys! i will recommend you to others.the latches

We bought a van from them about a month ago. Jeb was really helpful and patient with us. We stopped in to look at one car and ended up test driving three different cars, finally settling on the van. They bend over backwards to help find a bank that will finance you within your budget. Jesse was great also. He made sure to explain all the paperwork to you and made it understandable! I would buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat. I highly recommend checking them out.

I had a great experience at this location! As soon as I walked in everyone was very welcoming. I talked with Jeb about a car I looked at online, he let me know that it was having issues. So we discussed my budget and what I was looking for exactly, he was very upfront and honest and very friendly! I found another vehicle that was exactly what I needed and walked out feeling great! Jesse was also very helpful in processing the paper work and getting us on the road quickly! Thanks for everything I really appreciate it!

These guys are great! I don't have the best credit score and didn't have a whole lot of money to spend but they got me into a car. The staff are all super friendly, Jesse is the nicest guy you could hope to meet, and very professional. The car we got has been serving us well, getting me to and from work every day. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs a vehicle :)

Do not go here ! Me and my boyfriend bought a car from here and less than 2 months later all of the electricity went out in the car and the car would not start . No heat, AC , the windows wouldn’t roll down in the beginning of the summer heat. I called in about getting it fixed said it would Cost me a little over a thousand to fix . Then also said it’s not covered by warranty because it was still drivable . How is it still drivable when I have A child and it is 90 degrees out and no air can get into the car and the car wouldn’t start and the lights were not working . Mind you I had Only made 2 payments on this car . As well as later on his mom bought a car here and they refused to fix what was wrong when she bought the car and just filled it up with fluids , her car was so new she didn’t even have her plates yet . They are a sketchy dealership who don’t hold their word on warranties .

A lot of their cars are really high milage or have problems and that is fine but they are priced way high for the amount of use and abuse they have had. I would not have left a bad review for just that though, what got under my skin was the sexist remarks by the main salesman about women. I suppose he thought because it was just us guys in the room that it was fine but it was classic belittling that I just hate to see. Disappointing.
