I come to Mr. Bills routinely and this location will always be my favorite. I have been coming here non stop for about a year. The security guard is always friendly and sweet the staff at this location are everything. It has always been kept neat and organized before the pandemic. They know whats up and everyone here really cares about you. This is how a dispensary should run 100/10 A++++++ They always have my favorite in stock. Thanks for keeping me sane Mr Bills love yall

This place turns my more sad days into very hopeful ones they are more then a dispensary to me they are the ones I can come purchase things from get a hug a elbow tap, a couple minutes from my daily life. Great customer service great conversation. The security has always made me feel special and when I feel down bring a smile to my face. The staff knows me so well it’s nice to feel like someone cares. I appreciate bills so much. !! Allison bundy & the Make staff security I want to say thank you so much you don’t understand how much I need that head lift to keep smiling !! I highly recommend them

Been going here for awhile on a regular basis. Prices are solid and service is usually good(the security guards are always awesome). Recently I've noticed one employee gives me a dirty look and refuses to help me, twice going so far as to duck behind the counter to avoid me. Not at all sure what I did to earn such poor treatment but I will not be coming back. Service matters, there are a ton of weed stores, others will be getting my money moving forward.

Almost everyone who works here is SUPER friendly and helpful! I have been coming here for a while now and 9/10 visits go very well. There is one girl who works here who is a bit unhelpful and twice she's just stared at me until I figured it out myself instead of helping or making any suggestions. My last visit, I asked the person I was with for help because she wouldn't answer my questions and just repeated herself/stared at me. Eventually, she just told me to tell her "when I was ready" and walked away. I had wanted someone else to help me at that point, but it was totally understandable that everyone else was helping other customers. Honestly, it was weird but the awesome other staff that works there makes up for the 'bad' experiences.

If you are a medical marijuana patient, the employees will not give you the discount. But I’m sure after that You walked out, they gave themselves a tip. The medical marijuana stores in Washington got shut down for the very same reason. It’s because they hired a friend, to sell a controlled substance. And are so addicted that they steal from customers.

Be careful buying products here. They advertise that they will exchange any issue cartridges within 24hrs if you return them, what they don't tell you is if you don't have the right pen (the least expensive they sell you) they may not work and they will not replace them. I was not informed when I purchased my device (or cartridges) from them that there might be issue with my model or that the guarantee was dependent on buying the cheapest pen available. All this information was given to me upon requesting an exchange. I arrived at the shop with my receipt and the products in their original packaging. After trying for a whole day to contact the owner, calling twice and leaving my number, he has made no effort to contact me and has gone home for the day.

I called at 9:30 am on a Saturday and asked questions about medical marijuana card i just received from my doctor the man on the phone sed to come in they will help with my questions so i drove to the shop waited in line to have the person at the counter tell me they only deal with medical questions and prescription cards on mon-Friday it was a waste of my time and i was already skeptical about the marijuana dispensaries!!! Apparently medical marijuana is not important enough for a Saturday or Sunday to take care of and the person on the phone told me there’s not a discount for a medical card because they already have Low prices??! That has nothing to do with tax or cbd medical purposes that should be greatly disconnected i have a prescription wish it was covered in like the rest of my prescriptions for my cancer condition!!! The bottom line is I was missed lead brought in and when I got to the counter they said they couldn’t help me but I could buy anything I wanted I felt like I was in a sales act

Mr. Bills makes me happy. The staff are very laid back & easy to talk to, some of the most informed bud tenders I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I'll admit the shop can be a bit confusing for a first time visitor who doesn't know the lay out, but the staff will help you find the product you are looking for. Great selection there is something for everyone here at Bills. Top quality & great value deals as well. The only thing that has made this place even better is now they have put their menu on their website so that even inexperienced users can compare products before going in. As always there is a 10% discount for military. Highly recommended!

We have a dog born with Kidney issues. All my questions regarding CBD Oil were answered. Knowledge-5Customer service left more knowledgeable than when i went in. Everyone or seemed like everyone had a comment about my jacket. They made you feel welcome Customer service-5Price-5 purchase for dog. I don't know if its a good price or not. I leave my house go to Bills and back it is less than a half hour. We live across the river and north of town. Price-5I don't need to comment anymore. I covered enough topics. I work in Tukwila i pass a number shops between here and there. Some reason i make an extra trip to BuckleyI would like some one from Mr. Bill's contact me. I have a couple questions i would ask.

Just stopped in here. I had been to Mr. Bill's back at their old storefront and I gotta say their new shop is top notch! Lovely long, naturally shaped wood counters with a great selection from one end to the other. A great vibe and atmosphere, it was rainy and chilly outside but inside was cool and relaxing. Terri was very pleasant and helpful. I just wish I could've tipped more. Sorry Terri. Great experience and I will be back!
