Came here on June 24th 2020 at 1:25 and the budtender was ridiculously rude. Waved his hands in my face to step back when there's already a protective glass between us and I wasn't able to read the menu from that far. My boyfriend and I were deciding what to get and the budtender yelled at us to step away from each other and I needed to be 6 feet apart from the person I came with but the couple he was helping before were allowed to stand next to each other the whole time. Walked out without buying anything and I usually come here all the time. Never again.

Always cool and professional, always clean and up to date on outside and inside of facility. Here's a little secret when you go inside ask for the Weed Genie. Weed Genie will grant you the best deals everytime. If the weed genie is not there just whisper to one of the sales clerk and say the weed genie sent you and watch what happens. My first experience was awesome, they delivered to me in Boulder City. Excellent product and service.Since then, it appears they won’t deliver here anymore . I tried to order from their site and was denied due to location. I then called, after waiting on hold for 40 minutes left a VM. Was trying to see if it was an error or if I had to drive in. I NEVER got a call back.Fast forward a week to today. Ordered curbside. It took me two hours round trip after it took around 30 minutes to pick up my order.I get home, wrong product. I called, of course no answer so left a message again in hopes they would make an exception and deliver the product I ordered online. No answer still, can’t seem to email them for support either. I guess I am just screwed, they really seem to have a massive lack of customer service and obviously have issue ls filling a written order properly. I am bummed, they have an excellent product but rate at a 10 out of 100 on customer service and accuracy. It is not being managed well at the moment, they really should work on a process that doesn’t put a customer through two hours of time to get the wrong product. Wish my experience was better, but as of now I will search for other places to purchase. CHECK your order completely before leaving their premise if you choose to shop here.With some tweaks focused on the customer experience it could be an excellent place to shop, but recently they are having serious issues and good luck contacting them. Shop at your own risk!

I ordered 3g of dab oil and only received 2.5g. One of my 1g containers was a .5 container. I called them and told them about this issue three times. I have been ignored, and they really don't care. I thought it was just their side issue and they would fix it asap, but now I believe it was a delivery driver who swapped out my 1g for a .5g of the same oil. The problem here is that I was stolen from by a big business, and they refuse to do anything about it. I am a 100% disabled veteran and Oasis stole from me.I spend at least 300$ there every single month buying my medicine and have acquired over 2000 points from their system, enough to redeem a full ounce of flower for 1 penny. I spend thousands, and this is the FIRST issue I have had with them. The first issue after so much business and no response to me. I will never shop here again. Go to Essance or The Grove, as their prices are nearly the same, but at least you wont get stolen from or ignored if an issue happens. Don't give these guys business, they don't care about VETS, and they dont care about YOU

MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME THIS placE doesn't have there stuff together. THEY SENT ME A RECIPT OF A DIFFERNET PATIENT AT.placed an order at12 pm and was told my time frame was 4pm to 8pm the same day. I was not notified all day till the next day saying oh we're in our way. Everytime I get my order the extracts come all melted and all over the place cause it's just thrown in the bag. I've had a delivery driver make me come to his car instead of coming up to my door like all the other drivers I've had come to my place. This is the worst experience ever right before an holiday. And they set there phones so nobody can get thru and I've sat on hold for over 2 hours saying I'm in queue it's a joke. Delivery driver called me to tell me total was 160 when online it said 118 and then when they get to my door it will be a different total. And then they will bam you if you leave a bad review lmao.

I ordered and 3 hours later I was smoking quality weed. Thanks for being there for us during this time . The whole order process was easy. Oasis thank you for your communication . From the time I placed the order to delivery . When the order was out for delivery You can track your order all the way to your Front curb . Looking forward to using your service in the future.

I spent $95.96 on product got charged 17$ in taxes And was still charged a 10$ delivery fee you guys Advertise spend $100 and no delivery fees your petty for still charging me a delivery fee then I had to wait 8 hour to receive my product.... only way to cancel order is over the phone but you guys don’t answer wait on the phone for a hour and a half just to see how long it would take you guy’s to answer smh set it up it’s too many dispensaries In Vegas for y’all to be acting like y’all ain’t got no competition

In the past I've had excellent service from this dispensary. They always have super danky concentrates and marijuana, but today I had a horrible experience. I ordered at 11 this morning and it's almost midnight and it never came. No call no email no explanation nothing. I'm in a lot of pain, and I was really depending on them. I understand stuff happens. I just don't appreciate it when people can't at least give you a heads up. If you're willing to roll the dice with them on whether or not you actually get your order then it's worth it because the products are really good but if you're in a lot of pain like me waiting around for someone who's not coming is atrocious.

Severely disappointed with my last phone call with this dispensary. My fiancee and I have been using this dispensary for a while now, and we have never been as disappointed than we are right now. I called to place the order like we always have, since living in Henderson the websites usually say that we are outside the delivery area. Which is fine, they have always just taken our order over the phone. Today when I called the first person was really rushed and rude. Although I completely understand being busy, but he was very short and rude. Finally he put me on hold and someone else finally answered and said basically we are screwed and can't buy from them because of their new system. RIP to all the points we've earned.

Could not be more disappointed with Oasis Cannabis. My Fiance and I have been ordering from them for over a year, and have spent well over $2000 with them. We have always been happy with the quality, the price of their cannabis, and their deliveries. Suddenly, COVID hits and they join the train of awful dispensaries that are no longer delivering to most of Henderson because it's 'out of their delivery range' suddenly. It's pretty plain to see that they only want the easy, close sales and don't really care for their customers who live outside of their new, tiny delivery range. Whoever the guy was that I was talking to on the phone was REALLY rude and aggressive. My anxiety freaks out with any aggression, so that wasn't pleasant. I have mostly talked with Rose (I believe is her name) in the past, and she was such a nice person to talk to. I genuinely enjoyed calling in the past to place orders with their past, awesome staff. I think I heard one of the ladies that assisted us in the past mention something about new ownership. I just want to let that new ownership know that you are doing a completely terrible job, and I desperately hope you reconsider your current practices. We will never be back, regardless of whether they change their policy again. Stay away, find a better dispensary, and don't give your money to the dispensaries that are turning their backs on people.
