I am only rating this one star because on 4-21 my brother who lives with me ordered for his first ever delivery or order or any kind thru oasis. Based on my recommendation because he had no other experience with using a dispensary. I have been a customer since opening night for recreational and I was one of the first 100 customers. So back to my brother order. He ordered $120 worth of product and when the delivery driver showed up a day late on 4-22 only after my brother called three times to finally get someone on the phone to confirm they would get his order out on 4-22. The driver gives my brother the sealed bag and form for him to sign and takes off. When my brother opened the package he was missing one vape pen and one gram. He calls and you guys say per the video they don't see anything wrong and will check a few other things and make it right. Of course three days late nothing has been done. I have been a customer for a long time and you will lose my business and my brother's over $60 bucks. This needs to be made right.
