These people are so nice to talk to! It's never busy when I come in. I've tried a strain suggested by each person there. They really care if I liked it or not, and they remember my preferences. Always a nice time when I come here. It's like catching up with old friends.

Wifey went down for some blue dream sugar. Dude slips her blue dream sauce. She tried to take it back but since it left the store no returns (but will exchange the 50yr olds vape cartridge). We spend anywhere from $75 to $150 at this shop each week. Well not anymore. Have fun loosing those sells for not fulfilling a simple order.Products were never opened. She saw the sauce through the plastic packaging/container. She went back in and your manager was to lazy to come out the office and discuss it with her. His reply was literally "since it went out the door we cant exchange it".And olcc doesn't say we cant return unopened products only opened ones. You guys arent selling the sauce and pushed it on her.And btw can you site olcc not allowing you guys to accept returns? I dont think you can cuase they only state you guys cant re sale whats been returned. This is just poor business practices cause your not selling a certain product
