Mary was so helpful this morning, she was able to help me choose the best concentrate at the price point I wanted and I ended up buying more. She was nice and friendly and well informed about the medicine she was selling and had actually tried a lot of them herself. I’m writing this review because every time I go to Purple Heart this is always the experience I have. They really enjoy selling great cannabis products and you can tell by the way they do their job. Great job as a staff altogether, if you want your money’s worth go here. Also would like to mention all their prices include tax already which as a consumer is the main reason (among many other reasons) I go back again and again instead of going to another dispensary in Oakland because we all know there’s a million poppin up left and right, but we also know that not all of them are this legit! Love y’all Purple Heart!

So Disappointed, to find little blue like pills, broke up in my shack, I thought it was apart of it, however I learned that pot do not produce anything blue, Check Your Weed, K-2 is real, I won’t take that chance of losing my mind, Quality Sucks, or it was just that Batch, they need to do more to protect the buyers, too many signs they just want your money

The so called “Patient Center” pharmacy is not at all accommodating to patients. I have been to this location 4 times and I DO NOT get a good positive vibe from Purple Heart Patient Center in Oakland. If you see my reviews they are positive. I was not impressed by Purple Heart Staff. Ninety percent of the staff is rude. I have no idea who the General Manager is, but in my opinion that person needs to be replaced. You are not drug dealers. Train your staff to show sincere compassion and professionalism in your business. Sensitivity. Compassion. Respect. A Customer Restroom...Afterall, you are a medical pharmacy with disabled patients!

This was my first time going to Purple Heart in Oakland, normally I visit BPG. My visit was excellent, prices are definitely better and there is no guessing game with how much you will pay in taxs since it is included in the price. The staff was awesome, everyone was very helpful and really nice. I purchased a $35 eighth and was surprised with the quality. I absolutely recommend this dispensary for anyone and it will be my go to for future club purchases.

Totally awesome! The entire staff was awesome! It took them a little while to check in my Hawai'i ID but they were all smiles as they did! I was looking for flowers over everything, and lo and behold their "Gumbo" deal was awesome! I got a great selection of smokeables for a great price! 35 bucks for 3g rec, is a deal, in my opinion. Topped it off with 12 bucks of honey sticks, which are dope! My girlfriend picked up some cbd/thc gummies and they also rock! Purple Heart is awesome! If you visit Oakland, be sure to check them out!

As a 12 year veteran of the medical marijuana field and former GM of a dispensary, I simply cannot recommend this establishment. I was very unhappy with the harsh, confrontational vibe of the security guards and the almost sinister feel of this place. As another reviewer said, there's not a feeling of compassion here. This isn't a place for patients getting medicine, it's just a pot shop. I saw a woman who clearly had a disability get harassed by one of the security guards three times because she wasn't standing close enough to some bench as she waited in line for his liking. She wasn't blocking any traffic. They also have an odd system where IDs are (unnecessarily) checked twice, the only place in Oakland, or anywhere I know for that matter, that does this... it sends a negative message of distrust. Anyway, I tried to thank the door guard on my way out, but he was too busy talking to his co-worker. I won't try again. To each his/her own, I guess.
