I would not recommend trying to order from Thrive. I put in an online order for pickup at 3:00pm today. I got my confirmation text that my order was being processed and I would get a text notification when it was ready for pickup. Ok they site it was stated estimated time to process 30-120 minutes. It’s now 11:00pm and still no text. It also states on the site that orders not picked up before 11:00 get put back into inventory. So I basically waited until 9:00pm and figured that they dropped the ball and lost my business. I got online to Jenny’s dispensary and put in an order selected my pick up time window and my order was ready in five minutes! I highly recommend Jenny’s if you would like to order a pickup. Top notch products and friendly staff, unfortunately can’t say the same for my two experiences with Thrive.

I love this dispensary. I've tried others and always come back. They're usually really helpful with what I want or look for . I'm super picky and they always manage to give me what I'm lookingfor. . Weed is bomb. I love all the stuff they offer on certain days discounts. I recently tried dabbing and Abrian was super helpful and tells me from experience the level of highness I'm looking for . Love thrive!

Had to wait in line , but that’s normal in our current world .The kids in there were very personable , helpful , and knowledgeable.I read some unflattering reviews of this place before going . Chose this one because of its location . The reviews I read I felt were wrong . These are good people ... lighten up .

I have been to several dispensaries and never had staff be as nice or as knowledgeable. I had a ton of questions and basically wanted to look at everything but rachel was patient and was able to answer and explain everything to me. I got everything I was hoping to get and more. I loved my experience here and will absolutely be back and I hope to be helped by her again.

Product is fine. I like the idea of curbside pickup which was fairly easy. The only issue I have is the integrity of the business. There are deceptive charges. After speaking with friends I'm told that you should only pay in cash because the price always changes and they tend to "round up". My $60.24 trip turned into $68.50 when I arrived. I anticipated the 3.50 debit fee as mentioned on website but not an additional $5 mystery fee. I wonder how much they are actually profiting from the public for rounding up and charging mystery fees. Even though this place is close I won't return because integrity goes a long way in my book. If there are additional fees state it up front most won't mind paying it. $5 is not a big deal for me but it's not fair business practice. Make sure employees are educated so they can explain what the fees are for and stop rounding up this is bad for business.

Curbside pick up is convenient and product is great. The additional surprize fee using your debit card which can only be processed in 5$ incraments. EXAMPLE : Order is $51.26 the amount has to be increased to $55.00???When you place an order to pick up at 4 AM and 428 received text saying order ready. 825 I pull up and 840 still waiting then questioned the wait. Then another 10 minutes to get 2 different answers???? Integrity???? Sent email requesting Manager call back and still Waiting!

So I had a really unfortunate situation, I picked up a curbside pick up order for 98$ it was 4 items and I didn’t check until I got home and there was 1 pre roll and a receipt for 12$. So clearly a mistake was made with my order, the only reason I’m putting 3 stars instead of one is because of their employee April. She helped and took priority in figuring out what happened she was great. So she put my items in a bag and she wrote a note so I could pick them up now this is what makes me the most mad. I drive 30minutes back just to pick up what I paid for and I wasn’t given even a discount code or something added to my order, in fact I wasn’t even allowed to go inside to talk to a manager (yes I had a face mask). Honestly surprised me they didn’t compensate for the mistake an hour of extra driving is really f**ked.
