Now it’s clear why none of the black youth know or care about the NAACP. Because NAACP clearly doesn’t care. Nobody keeps their word there. The other reviews are hitting the nail on the head. They made me pay $30 membership to do absolutely nothing. They promise they will call you back which in CP time means never. Daniel Thompson had the audacity to call me weeks back -not to present solutions but instead calls with an attitude and accuses me of bashing NAACP when all I did is ask them to stop emailing me on other people’s matters yet still blatantly ignore mine. He said would call back in a week- ONCE AGAIN it’s been over 30 days. I won’t hold my breath. They promised the president will call me back and all I get is the rude low brow Daniel dude who clearly was butt hurt about my initial email as they blow up your email with other matters they feel are important while also making it clear that your matter doesn’t mean a thing. And this isn’t “bashing”. This is clear cut FACT. I mine as well had given that $30 to a homeless bum on the street as that would have been more effective then what the naacp has done. You all should be ashamed . It’s as if the name NAACP is a ghost in the shell vs what it was founded on and where back in the day ACTION was taken. My grandmother designed clothes for Nina Simone and fought for black rights, my Grandfather founded the first black firemen’s union in nyc. I know what it is to witness individuals with passion behind black rights. And NAACP/ Daniel Thompson stands for NONE OF THAT. Don’t waste your time .All WE the people want from you NAACP is to know that you HEAR US... that what we say matters. Instead you give no compassion and meet us with harsh judgement and intolerance. So now you’ve another person who no longer believes in you or your cause. And after the rude exchange from Daniel Thompson on my phone, your calls are no longer welcome. And like many others I’ve spoken to , I too will now join the growing crowd of people that talk about their injustices with you and how corrupt you’ve all become.

Just spoke with some lady on the phone to get help on an unjust situation and she said "it would be a $30.00 cost membership fee we don't just help RANDOM people" smh this chapter use to stand for something y'all ain't worth 2 cents now! Scam artists, she didn't even mention this in the beginning and made it seem like they generally wanted to help me. I guess they just look at us as RANDOM people!
