I'm surprised at all the one star ratings here! They have good prices and decent selection.I wish there were more specials and flower in larger quantities, but it's still generally better priced than... more

Hands down these worst service possible. Wish I could give a negative star. Ordered and got a confirmation email that order was placed, but no eta or confirmation that it was actually coming. An hour... more

I'm surprised at all the one star ratings here! They have good prices and decent selection.I wish there were more specials and flower in larger quantities, but it's still generally better priced than other dispensaries in the area. Ive ordered delivery twice from them in the past month, and both orders went very smoothly aside from long wait times (which they were transparent about, it is a very busy time for them). I will def be ordering from Weden more often.

Hands down these worst service possible. Wish I could give a negative star. Ordered and got a confirmation email that order was placed, but no eta or confirmation that it was actually coming. An hour later I start to wonder so I try calling, but of course can’t get past hold. Tried responding to the confirmation email, but never got a response. I text the order number requesting confirmation. I finally get a response telling me they are now overbooked and no way they can deliver today. So they are just accepting orders they can’t fulfill and on top of that, not reaching out to customers to tell them it won’t be fulfilled? It took real effort to find out they wouldn’t be delivering, I just feel bad for people placing orders and waiting for it to show up. Absolutely horrible service!!!

They take days to pick up the phone, respond to voicemails, emails, FB messages. I've been a customer since they were M Delivers, and Cali's Kindest before that. They used to be efficient, but they're new call center is so incompetent. You have to keep calling 15-20 times and pray they finally pick up. After 3 years as a loyal customer, I'm switching.

Today I placed an order at 10:45 am and no driver showed up. I call Weden 4 and half hours later to find out where my order was. When I talked with a customer representative they told me that the driver assigned to me had gotten in an accident. They didn't even call me to let me know what was going on. Also they didn't offer me anything for their own mess up. Half the time I make a order from these guys there is a issue that arises. I will not be doing anymore business with this delivery service. It is less of a hassle for me to drive to San Diego and pick up my bud then to wait on these guys to bring it to me.

My recommendation is look elsewhere y'all! Seriously. I was a patient here for more than a year. In that time I've experienced nothing but headaches and issues mainly with product inconsistency, random delivery driver's(most have been awesome and professional but the few shady creeps was enough to raise concerns) terrible attitudes and TONS of misinformation. This latter part has been a constant recurring theme with them even and more so since their reopening last November, after an unprompted and unannounced San Diego "branch" closure more than a month prior to that. No "patient outreach" nor explanation of any kind. When they did reopen they had shut down incentives programs and the vast majority of us got burned for our earned accumulated points. These were very very slow and expensive to acquire and accumulate and mdelivers has never made an attempt to rectify this. Their weedmaps website is never kept updated as promised by one of their executives personally since the time before the time before the time before the last time this happened. In fact the week of 4/14 I was interested in Cru glue because they advertised it at almost 28% yet the batch was only 21% so I advised them and they promised again it would be changed before the days end... But it's STILL THE SAME! Yet the actual batch potency is STILL significantly lower!! 3 weeks later! That is what you may find yourself dealing with if you're standards (and tolerance) are high and you are an intelligent discerner of the cannabis you consume. The customer service/dispatchers are great tho. Always helpful friendly respectful and professional. And tho the prices are definitely not friendly, there usually is at least one maybe to excellent quality, high potency strains(flower) available... For the most part. Also a few of the brands they carry are reputable solid companies with good quality products consistently.

It took 2 hours, but they let me know that at time of delivery so I wasnt expecting them to be here before then. The driver was very nice, she came to my front door which is not typical these days. Generally drivers have me running all around my condo complex to find them. She was super nice and professional, and made me feel like it would be worth being a repeat customer. I would recommend ordering from here if you have ever had bad experiences with delivery.
