Did NOT have a great experience here. Considering that there IS a pandemic occuring within our nation I will be short and SIMPLE. DEAR Natural Holistic Healing Center please update your WEBSITE TO include the exact Documentation Required For OUT OF STATE PATIENTS. If you require Dept. of Health and Human Recommendation(s) every STATE DOES NOT WORK this way. Please Do research and utilize the information THE correct way. Reciprocity DOES not work at A dispensary if it is vague and basic. Sincerely an INDUSTRY INSIDER😉

I've been coming here for years and love it! It's located in Dupont Circle which is a very safe area of the city and convenient to metro. Their very chill vibe combined with everyone being super helpful and nice makes you feel comfortable immediately. They have online ordering and take every credit card. Good prices and excellent specials. Highly recommend!

I always have such an awesome experience when I travel to NHHC. Julia was so patient and SO kind. She is knowledgeable and able to find me the best strains needed for my ailments. Everyone always takes great care of me which allows me to take the best care of myself. Just overall a great vibe and great people. Thank you friends. <3333

National Holistics has a wonderful array of products. My favorite being the Lee Roy flower, the Cactido Rosin Cartridge, and the roll on Pros muscle cream for pain. All these products are top notch for a heavy indica user like myself. Everyone working there is pleasant and helpful. For those who like a bit of fantasy/mystery I rather enjoy the "secret" entrance. Think dungeon and dragons meets men in Black but perhaps my imagination is too stimulated. Anyway, definitely worth a visit, especially with the free classes and help with getting your card.

Don't work for a company who doesn't have an employee handbook,guidelines,and make things up as they go. They allow patients to verbally & physically disrespect their employees without any sort of verbal apologies from the patients. Pay is low & work environment in a basement with no fresh air sucks. They dont allow u to get tipped for outstanding service but wants to u be a human punching bag for their 14hr starting salary & 50 raise after 30 days level of employment.

This is by far the absolute best dispensary in DC, and it comes down to the fact that I like spending my money with good people, and National Holistic knows how to treat people! Their customer service is always superb, just really great, especially Hunter...HE’S THE SWEETEST & BEST!! Mike, Andy, and Hunter are great, and they seem to continually bring in great people as they grow. I’ve had a medical card since 2015, have tried all the dispensaries...National HOLISTIC is the best one by far! They offer a free preroll with online orders, the other locations do not. They offer online ordering, so you get in and out without long waiting, and can privately take as much time as you need to delve into their well stocked menu. Their prices are really great, I think they even offer a discount on orders over $100. They’re also extremely informative and are truly always willing to take the time and explain anything one needs to understand. I’m just so impressed with how consistently well they’ve treated me throughout the years. I had to take the time and write this review, I truly appreciate you National Holistic!!!

PATIENTS BEWARE! If I could write just one word to describe a review of my experience when I visited the National Holistic Healing Center, it would be this: GHETTO! I've been a regular patient at another D.C. dispensary for 4 years and spend a LOT of money. I decided to give this one a try because it's closer to where I live. The staff was extremely RUDE and unprofessional. In fact, after dealing with the nasty receptionist at the front entrance, I told them to give me back my card because I refuse to be treated with such disrespect. I left and will NEVER return. If I had stayed and made a purchase, I would be scared to share a credit card number with these people because they would probably steal my number and make fraudulent charges. TERRIBLE!

The service is great and reasonable and I would give them a 4 under normal circumstances. However, it is impossible to get a real person on the telephone to answer questions. I called and they have two prompts. The first prompt is for out of state visitors and the second prompt is for local visitors. After the message from each prompt the phone hangs up on you. I stop going there because I can't call ahead and ask any questions or find out what's in stock. If you want a place with nice people and good products that's fine however if you want to be able to contact them on the phone with any questions prior to or after your visit there is absolutely no chance of that happening. This dispensable is unacceptable to me because sometimes I may need a question answered over the phone.

Saying NHHC is the best dispensary in the city is a dramatic understatement. NHHC provides five-star service at every turn with a knowledgeable staff, a deep and diverse product selection, and a welcoming atmosphere that embodies everything a medical marijuana program should strive to be. If the process of getting a medical card seems daunting or frightening, rest assured that it'll be made worth it once you make it to this dispensary.

This is hands down the best dispensary in DC. All four of the employees are friendly. They're all owners and it shows. They're experts when it comes to answering my questions and always have new strains coming in. Best thing is the prices are the lowest in town... plus I get a free preroll with EVERY order and they are two blocks from the metro @dupont circle. What's not to love!
