Constantly overstaffed during the day but they only have 2 people at night? Come on. Isn't this a corporate business? Hire more people. There's only so many stores open late.Thanks for your reply, mind paying someome to actually do it? I know that's a MOD reply.

I probably won’t be shopping here again. I understand one should pay a certain amount for a certain amount of quality but today I was not sold that and honestly, the staff should be more caring towards the customer. I spoke to a young man over the phone about my purchase and he shrugged me off and hung up on me. I understand there’s no return policy but he didn’t care about my concerns or provide any solutions to my purchase. People will buy from you if you put in the effort to care. Do better, nr.

What a disappointing experience. Let me first thank Native Roots for providing quality products during the current pandemic, it is unfortunate that your staff is unable to communicate what product they do have in store. Twice now I have placed online orders, received conformation, a "your order is ready for curbside pickup" text & when I arrived at the store was told none of the product I had ordered online was available. Edgewater is not my usual store but I went in because of what was listed on the online shop, the majority of my interaction was done in the lobby while other customers were present. Three people were brought back before me while the staff member tried to figure out what was happening with my order. I was then told they had nothing I ordered, but was not told what they did have in stock, I was just asked "well what do you want instead" there was no apology for not having these items in stock (I had just ordered a couple different types of flower, no edibles or vape) & it's not that I expect one! I am a Chef who has worked in the service industry my entire career, showing a genuine concern about customers goes a very long way in my book. This employee couldn't have cared less about my experience. In the end I overpaid & purchased product that I thought was supposed to be part of the mix & match deal but whatever. I never write reviews like this, I don't like doing it & I certainly do not like taking the time during my work day to run an errand such as this one.

Pretty bad service from a specific manager - and some employees follow. Walked up and told him "I ordered online" and was met with "yeah you still have to wait in line". I've asked to see packaged pax product before purchase and have been denied and told "its all the same". The Mamoth is the only reason I come, $20 for a 2g joint is a steal lately! lately they havent been lighting and the flower falls out.I will not be coming back. There is better dispensaries near this one for better product and service. If you're not from Colorado let me recommend-Wolf Pac- llightshade- Green dragon- Green solution

Today I went in and there was about 10 mins wait, no biggie I went to the car and smoked a cigarette Facebooking, and I heard I tap on my truck and I look up.... And this blind very old man was being helped by one of the employees that worked this morning. They accidentally tapped my door, thinking I would be upset about it. Through this whole crisis that was probably the cutest thing I've seen in a while. You rock man sorry I forgot your name... I'm high

Got bumped in line when somebody who was late for her supposedly appt. She was already late and should of had to wait in line. If you're not there when they call your name. Then they should bump her 1 down. This disabled vet is gonna go to Diegopollier on Alameda n federal its roomier and has more variety. Plus they have more than 2 bud tenders.

Anytime I come in here the budtenders are rude and condescending. I know what I want, I know that the price on the website is not an otd price. I know this bud I'm about to buy is taxed. I was talked to like I was a tourist and wasnt aware or didnt know what I was talking about. I spend about 200-400 a week on bud. I will not be coming back to this location again.

only 1 budtender on the sales floor with 6-7 people in line. Very frustrating as a customer to has to watch a budtender suffer at the expense of a manager not wanting to get up out of a chair. I worked for this company and know the expectations of helping customers and was very disappointed with the laziness of the team on staff this morning. No sense of urgency from the manager and the budtender seemed overwhelmed

Always courteous and FAST! Green Solution up the street used to be my go to place but since they never have enough people working it's become impossible to get out of there in under 20 minutes. Native will assign more people when it gets busy rather than make the customer suffer. One suggestion, have a line for customers who know what they want and another for tourists who want to play 20 questions about everything. Thanks!
