Looked up on Google about dispensaries are open and they said they closed at 10 I drove quite a few miles got there at 9:40 and they denied me at the door said that they started they already locked her doors well then I would think that they would specify that they close their doors between 930 and 10 not very happy either Google or they need to update their stuff on this website waste of gas waste your time going back to Stone

Ya know I've been coming to this dispensary for 5 years solid and have never had a worse experience in my life! The girl working the counter was very rude, and I've never seen her there before. Also if your going to list something one way on your website it should probably be that way when you walk in the store! Especially when I order pretty much the same thing every time I shop there

They dont have set pricing. Last night I went into the shop. Bobby was helping me out. He told me an once was $110. I asked how much for a half. He went to ask the other guy what he should tell me it cost. He came back and told me $90. And a quarter was $60. How in hell does that make sense. I have been going here for years and I have never felt like I have been getting hustled before tonight . Everytime I go in a half cost $72. Dont go here Go to a professional place. .

Having conflict with this location before, I continued being a daily customer with them. After today I will no longer support this business. My partner and I have been loyal customers to you for over 2 years now. I went to this location today as I do almost everyday, and the customer service was extremely poor. To start with, there were employees from another location shopping there and it seems to me they were getting most of the attention. With other customers waiting the cashier and the assistant manager seemed more into their conversation with the other employees. When they finally finished the assistant manager went into the reception area instead of helping customers. Second, I’ve bought plenty of displays from this location before. Every time they have discounted it even with the discount I already receive. This time they decided not to honor it. After informing me they will not discount it, I asked for product that was not out for display. The other cashier, a female, decided to interrupt and ask what the issue was. After explaining it to her she decide to ask the assistant manager again. As I hear him yell from the reception area they will not do it, when they have before, she rudely address me again stating they will not double discount it. There is no consistency between employees. So with that, being a customer for quite a bit of time now and being treated like that, I will no longer shop with Native Roots Dispensaries.

Love Native Roots! I've been to two of their locations, 1 just recreational, the other medical & recreational is sold. I think their product is good for the price, their staffers are knowledgeable & friendly. I use Native Roots to fill all my Cannabis needs. I've only had 1 problem; if bought 2 vape cartridges & when I took the rubber cap off one of them the entire thing came apart. Taking over half the oil with it. That cartridge pretty much was a loss. It never puffed right, & the upper mouthpiece part will come apart when I take rubber cover off if I don't hold it just so. That's the only issue I've had. I'll make sure to open the next ones while in there so if I get another bunk one, I'll be able to exchange it.

I used to love this place. Stopped in tonight for a few joints. Got a "variety of strains" or so I thought. The joints are rolled to tight so pretty much unsmokable unless u fight it the whole time. So here I go, gonna smoke the "other kind" I got and guess what? It's rolled to tight to smoke! So I fight with it and figure out, it's the same flower as the other joint. Sorry but ur not fooling anyone. Will not come back here. Igadi and green solution blow this place out of the water. Sad to say this is the worst product I've had from a store in Colorado.

So before heading over there my husband calls to see what kind of specials they have going on, the Girl on phone tells him "85 dollars for a prepackaged oz, so I drive all the way down there only to have some big guy treat me rudely when I mentioned that deal, he was acting like I was lying and told me my husband must have called a different location (arrogantly).. so I step outside to Call and ask my husband which store he called and he said "the one on 58th and Washington, then told me hold on I will call them back right now" so at that very moment I'm stepping back in the store and was talking to the two guys there, telling them no my husband called this store??? He spoke with that girl that is here, again very rudely he told me "well he was misinformed", then the phone rings, looking at the caller ID the other guy voiced out loud "ugh this guy again" annoyed that he has to do his job and answer the phone, basically disrespectful towards the customer calling.. in front of customers, yeah customers (the ones who keep them employed), when they were all just sitting there doing nothing! And yes it was my husband calling .. very unprofessional, rude, lazy and apparently uninformed.... basically they would not honor what their "uninformed" employee had said originally.... pretty sad when Businesses have to lie over the phone to bring in customers, then make it seem like we are the idiots. What happened to honor and integrity???? ... I refuse to do bussiness with rude, condescending people, so therefore We will not RETURN to this place.

Man where do I even start with how awesome this place is. They brought back the $95 ounces! They have 2 for $40 on their concentrates for happy hour. This is my spot to stop before and after work. They move quickly and I rarely have to wait even if there is a line. Carlos, Brian, Sara, Drew Tim and Joe are all awesome and knowledgeable. This is definitely the spot I take all my friends from out of town. Would give 10 stars if I could!

I'm working in Colorado and been hitting up some dispensaries and I love this native roots. All the other dispensaries that ive been to suck ass and they have attitudes. Great people and great attitudes. And Sara was really polite and she was answering all my questions and had a nice chat. Forget sweet leaf. I'm coming here while I stay in DENVER!!!

I just wanted to say that Native Roots on E. 58th Denver Colorado is a Amazing location I have been going here for over a year and it is consistent ever time. Service is great. Also I would like to add that you recently had gotten a strain called Bro G #5 and it is the best strain I have ever had!!! Please please please Keep this strain on your list as it is AMAZING... THANKS A BUNCH NATIVE ROOTS!!! See you very soon.
