Was very impressed by the quality of the product sold at this dispensary. The staff was super professional and very helpful. I was specific about what ailments I deal with on a daily basis, and they were able to recommend many products that would help mitigate these issues. Thus far those products have worked wonderfully! I highly suggest this place to anyone, it’s absolutely fantastic.

Stopped in to see the selection and variety of products in this shop. I was very pleased with their professionalism and level of knowledge. They were pretty busy the day I stopped in but the staff was quick to tend to me, I didn't feel rushed and got to ask all the questions I wanted. They made me feel like I was the only person in the shop! I definitely recommend anyone to stop in when in town. Best variety, Best prices, Best staff!!! I'm not sure what else you could ask for. Thanks Native Roots Aspen for the white glove treatment!!!

First time walking in, the guy looks at my ID and tries to peel it in half! He said it looked like 2 cards were put together, and THEN decides to try a scan and check. What would have happened if he split in 2 and he realized it was legit!? His coworker came over to tell me that they have to be cautious on presidents day weekend (which is actually NEXT weekend but sure w/e's) So after that, I ask for a CBD dominant 500mg cartridge and he pulls 2 for me. I inform him that I have a high tolerance and I need something with strength so he points to the cart that has 5% less thc and 8% less cbd than the oher cart in front of me. So I asked him again and he kept assuring me that this one was stronger...you guys are...pretty..

Mmmmmm good suck it it's a candy I recommend the sour watermelon with two thumbs and one big toe.had your ID ready please these guys are phenomenal they'll check you out the door the chick you out the counter but they'll help you with your needs very knowledgeable in all aspects and areas of all their products like I said two thumbs and one big toe if you're in the neighborhood stop on by, Jeff is the guy.

They decided to let their medical license go. I am so sad about that and will have to move on. But the dispensary was great while I had my plants signed to them. The other medical dispensaries in the valley can’t even come close to the discounts and help I got from the employees. I could come in with a symptom journal and someone could help me within minutes. Knowledgeable and kind. I might still come just buy recreational products from them because they are that good.

This place is the only store I've found that has high CBD content buds. They are friendly and quite knowledgeable. I feel like I'm walking into a professional establishment, instead of a place with a bunch of musky hippies slathered in patchouli who want to get you so loaded that you forget the meaning of the word "loaded". Trust these humans, they're helpful.

Well, first off the prices are WAY too high for what your getting. I figured having paved the way for legal herb, it would be reasonably priced but I am VERY mistaken. In Oregon I could pick up a 10 pack of .5g flower pre rolls for $16.50 here it is $18 for 5 -1/4g shake. Bad joke at my expense. Also the bud tender was very condescending. Save your money, go somewhere else... ANYWHERE else.

I was introduced to Natrive Roots by Aspen is employee Lucas Baier. We met coincidentally while I was recovering from a surgery on my shoulder and doing rehab in Vail. I am from Georgia (and prior law enforcement) so my knowledge about marijuana was limited to only the negative aspects. Lucas shared his knowledge and passion about medical marijuana with me while we were both doing physical therapy. He even took me on a field trip to the Avon Native Roots so that I could find some relief and see the products NR offers first hand. After that first visit to NR I was able to stop all pain medication only a week after having my shoulder replaced thanks to his help. Because of his kindness, professionalism and extensive knowledge I attribute my rapid recovery to him. Native Roots is lucky to have an employee like Lucas!

I have dropped into Native Roots off and on for well over a year, almost two. Not a single budtender has learned my name let alone act like they recognize me when I come in. It's the same old routine, over and over again. It took over a year for one of the Roots team to notice that my ID said veteran and alert me to their veteran's discount. I get it, Aspen is a tourist town, and I'm sure that they spend a lot more money than me. I just don't think that makes it ok for them to cut in line and get more attention. Three stars because they were winning me over with $60 half ounce deals, but most of their stuff tests out low and just doesn't demand paying the full price.
