I was in about a week ago after visiting 5 shops in the springs. Most of them were dry and one of them thought it was cute to jack their prices up from $80 to $125 durring what appears to be a drought. With that said I went in and explained my situation to Jordan and she took care of me and even tossed me a J for all my stress. Thank you Native Roots

i’m really never one to complain - but i went to another native roots location today & i was so uncomfortable & was treated with such hostility that i decided to leave without getting everything i needed. i decided to head down to the academy & galley store where Anthony & Bob not only got me everything i needed, but also reminded me why i stay loyal to native roots!!! these guys are truly hilarious, warm & an asset to the native roots company!! thank-you!!!

Fantastic deals. I was looking for prerolls and everywhere else was already closed, and happened to come in this store on Monday which is - lucky - preroll day! Each day of the week has a special deal! Anthony was my budtender tonight. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and just had a very positive energy. I will be returning to this store from now on, and join as a member; for the low prices, high quality product, and the wonderful care and customer service I received.

Not happy! They keep bumping their prices up to a point that it's not worth it any more. I was with them for over a year the whole reason I went there was for the price and military discount. Instead of grandfathering in all of their previous LOYAL customers with the same price that we signed up for, they almost doubled the price on us. I strongly suggest looking around for cheaper product with the same quality. You can find $10 grams of shatter all over the springs so dont settle here. You can get twice the amount for the same price if you're patient enough and call around at other dispensaries. The chronic boutique at 325 e pike peak ave & the Golden med right next to them sells $10(OTD) grams of wax and shatter all the time. I would strongly suggest this option over these guys any day.

I would have given this dispensary 4 even maybe five stars. However, the budtender was very rude. I asked a question about if they a 70-30 sativa dominant strain, she told me they don’t do that here, put the inventory on the desk and walked away. She wasn’t very helpful at all. It was like I was getting on her nerves by asking a question about anything. Customer service sucks nowadays.

The young redhead lady that served me was impatient and seemed irritated when I ask prices with my veterans discount and when she asked if I would like a bag grabbed bag angrily and just tossed my items in the bag I was low voiced and she seemed irritated with that as well I will not visit this store or recommend this store to any veterans friends after this rude service I recieved

Saw Patrick today and he was AWESOME.... They earned my business and I signed over my grow to them with some awesome benefits, something you need to ask about when you visit the store. If you just got your medical card or just had it renewed, then this is the place for you. I found their prices to be about 20% less than other dispensaries. Even better if you have a military ID.

FANTASTIC all the way around!! You can pump gas and get your cannabis in the same spot. The ladies behind the glass,as u walk in, verify your information and are truly fun to talk and laugh with every time I go. The variety of edibles, tonics, body rub med, flower etc is top notch fire. The budtenders are full of knowledge on every single product in inventory and they don't make you feel ignorant for asking questions. They ask how you are, how your day is going and just super friendly,kind and helpful. They have daily specials, terrific/high quality products and an absolutely positively the best staff than any other dispensaries in CO Springs.

Rylan was the bud tender who helped me. He was very kind and knowledgable about products and was even able to suggest some new things to me which were just what i was looking for. Very clean and organized dispensary. Another thing that i personally like is that they stay open until 9pm instead of 7pm which adds a ton of convenience as sometimes I work late. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to shop for quality products.

I have only positive things to say about this place. The store is very nice (modern and clean), the staff are amazing (very nice, helpful, happy people, they are also very patient with their customers, so you don't feel like you are being rushed out of the door), their flower is always top notch, same with their wax, shatter and edibles. I would recommend this dispo to everyone!
