First off, our great state has amazing medication almost everywhere, but the customer service here is off the charts. Aaron, Glen, Tanner, everyone really. I'm horrible with names but I can't think of a time when I've ever had a bad experience at any native roots let alone this location in particular. Everyone is very personable and remembers my quirks and preferences.Second, NR is about consistency. Every time I make a purchase I know exactly what I'm going to get, and am very rarely disappointed. On the rare occasion that it happens though, the personnel bends over backward to make it right even if it wasn't their fault.Highly recommend. Loyal member for 3+ years.

There isnt a dispensary in this town that has better customer service. Every single budtender is so loving and welcoming. I know what works for me here and I've been a member for 2 years and the monthly discounts is amazing. They have great quality everything. I seriously love every budtender here. I highly reccomend this native roots for help and questions. I would reccomend them to anybody who asked me. Plus if you're a member, you get 15 cents off a gallon of gas at gas an grass!!!

I'm not sure if anyone else can relate, but I've been in tons of pain while waiting on my medical card renewal to be completed. I am so grateful that you are staying open during this crisis.💚🙏🏿I finally ventured out to get some relief from this pain. The fresh air alone is worth writing this review. The staff at the Austin Bluffs location was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and CLEAN. The facility was clean and there are lots of options available. Their friendly, knowledgeable staff will answer your questions on Colorado laws; give some information on doctor's referrals; recommend strains for your pains; name the right flowers to power your gaming hours; and they send ya out the door with yo' poke' full o' green ready fer smoke'...Stop on by Native Roots to get yourself some of Colorado's finest from some of Colorado's finest! This is the #1 place to shop for flower in town. I shopped many places and Native Roots is the best. They have the best quality, price and customer service. I have a high tolerance so I need potent meds for my back pain. I have been a patient here for about 2 years. I love their monthly bogo, ounce specials, yearly renewals perks and there are location all over town. So it makes it even easier to shop. I tend to go to the Austin Bluffs location. My husband and I are noth members there. That's how good it is. When I first shopped there Glenn was the man with the plan! He let me know everything great about Native Roots! I signed over quickly and I never looked back. I could instantly tell I was home. THANK GLENN! The whole staff is great too by the way. I love the manager especially! Keep rocking them flowers! 💚

I came in native roots on Austin Bluffs not very sure of what I needed or what I want what I liked and there was a a budtender I believe they're called name Glenn who answered all of my ridiculous questions help me sort through sativa Indica cousin hybrids he went over the difference between gummies and candy bars and soda pop the difference between flour and shattered and it was just an amazing experience and I like to take a minute to say thank you Glenn for having my back I recommend native roots to anybody who is looking into the medical benefits of marijuana

* Just want to add that this place has made transitioning through major abdominal surgery a breeze. They make sure I have what I need to make my everyday a little bit better. Shout out to Glen for taking care of me today!I have been a member of this location for two years now I choose not to go anywhere else! They make me feel like family and provide me with the knowledge I need to choose the best medicine for my ailments. I can't stress how Zen this place is and how the staff is just simply amazing. Mark, Myles, Lavon, Anthony and Tanner are knowledgeable and can guide you through your shopping experience. Glen, Jess and April provide great support if you have additional needs. I love how the products are premium and prices can fit your budget! You need to experience this place!

I come here all the time. Not all the staff is as friendly as the people I’m going to name But I want to give a shout out to these people cause they make this experience great! ANTHONY, MYLES AND AARRON. They just make me feel so welcome they are always so helpful with what I am needing and they remember my name. Like that’s so sweet of them. I feel like they actually care. I think ALL THOSE PEOPLE I NAMED SHOULD GET A RAISE BECAUSE THEY ARE JUST AWESOME PEOPLE! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

I normally shop at the gas and grass so it is really awesome to know that native roots across all parts of the springs just have amazing customer service! Native roots has rude staff all the buds smell the same. I changed my caregiver to MC Caregiver. They are actually nice to me and have GREAT buds! And cheaper hash. I was a member here but even so Mark was extra rude to me. The buds weren't the best to begin with and now that their service is bad I'm probably going to leave to a different Dispensary after my time is up with them. Mark made me wait in line twice for a total of 30 minutes and then he had the nerve to rush me when I got in. No apologies no Smiles he just kept waving his hand in my face trying to rush me like I was bothering him. I've had my card for years and have never had service this poor. I can't believe they hired that guy.
