EXCELLENT member sign-over perks. When you first get your MMR Card, go here & they'll give you a credit for however much you spent to get your MMR Card when you become a member, & they also have super sign-ups perks for those who already have their MMR Card, though it's not quite as juicy as going there right when you get your MMR Card. Call them for the most up to date sign-over perks.

Nope. Done.Online hours say open until 9pm, door says open until 8pm, show up at 7:35 and they are already locked.Never mind all their other problems, like the order online system never confirming your order, rendering it more than just pointless, but a great way to not get what you want as they sell it out from under your order.It's amazing that in this day an age a business can be run this poorly. Time to find a new place for medical that I can actually trust to help me when I need it most.

I’m not gonna lie, I’m kind of bummed out. I know times are tough right now, but the flower I got was just not on par for what it should be. Plus, I signed my plant count over to you, and I’m stuck for 30 days. They do have an awesome special where they reimburse your doctors appointment in product..I should have taken advantage of concentrates and edibles. Instead I got two different half’s for $80 that don’t look like they were trimmed at all and had kind of this musty, damp, dank smell to them. I guess I’m just disappointed. I wonder if the product is different than what they have in DENVER because I remember it being better?

I highly recommend going to the Native roots off Tejon Street.The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and the quality is perfect with every visit. There is always a lot to choose from no matter what I'm looking for and their deals are far better than any other store I've been to. Kudos to Ariel and LaVon!!! Thank you for always being kind and taking care of my girlfriend and I. 👌

I would like to give shout outs to Lavon, Ariel, Sabrina, Megan, and Julie. They keep the store very clean, their attitudes are always amazing, and super positive. They really care for their job and put a lot of effort and knowledge to make sure each customer is happy. I always leave in the best moods with great weed to smoke even good recommendations so I never get anything bad

This is the greatest dispensary I have ever been to. The level of customer service you get the moment you walk through the door sticks with you. And quality of the bud and dabs is beyond most everything Ive tried in Colorado Springs so far. LaVon and Ariel are very engaging and are always asking questions so you can find something you need, or try something new. They made me feel like I was home talking with an old friends. The level of comfort I've felt when I go in has made me a member and I dont see myself going anywhere anytime soon.

this location is ELITE. every time i come in i feel like family. i know the quality of my medicine is always going to be top notch. LaVon, Ariel & Megan always take the time to educate me on product & consistently makes sure i get everything i need! these ladies are truly an asset to Native Roots & i have no reason to EVER go anywhere else.

I would give Native Roots off of Tejon a 10/10. First of all they reimbursed me for signing up with them; which I think is absolutely amazing-thank you btw!!! Also, the amazing service that greets me like family when I arrive, are you kidding me- thanks Lavon!! You are such an amazing lady, very knowledgable, sweet, fun, knows what kind of smoke is the best!! She is literally family now, if you’re interested, go and meet her!!! Shes so dope!! She usually works wed-sat 🤩 and you will def fall in love with her sweetness!!
