I went in the other week because I heard that Native Roots, this store especially, was a good place to shop. But when I went in there, the girl helping me seemed to have a bad attitude. She was rude, she cut me off as I was trying to ask questions, and just really didn't seem to interested in helping me at all! Talked to the GM and he didn't seem to concerned with the way she treated me. I WILL NEVER SHOP at this store again because of them.

Was my go to dispensary for the past 2 and a half years. I would always drive the 30 mins, passing 3 other locations (and many other shops) just to go see team members, especially Jordan, Dakota and Chad. All of the guys are super awesome and take their time to help. They would ask questions to help find what is best for myself and my cancer treatment. They have gotten a few new staff members in the past months and the service has really sloped in my opinion. Tina is the reason I have decided to stop going to this location. Tina is never friendly and an issue always seems to arise when dealing her. When I called and spoke to the assistant manager, Lauren, about my experience I was brushed off. I feel as the new team members do not care about their patients. I've since decided to go to another location.

Native Roots is great, chain-wide. I usually frequent the Gas & Grass location on Uintah. It's consistently a fabulous place for excellent flower and the best customer service I've encountered at any dispensary in over 8 years of being a medical cardholder. *Everyone* on staff is great, but can I give a shout-out? Lauren and Tina - I adore seeing each of you. Seriously, it's as much of a buzz as your product. ^_^ Best to you both!

My experience is based of the Uintah store, when I first got there, my experience was great. The lady at the front was super friendly and made me laugh because she used 90’s slang e.g. cool beans. She explained the perks of being a member and even talked me into signing up but that’s where the friendly budtender stopped. I asked her about her vapes, specifically which one has the highest THC concentration. She proceeds to turn around and grab a single vape package and said this is our most popular everybody loves it. I ask the same question again, she gets upset and says that they are all different and that she wasn’t going to open every Tupperware container and look at the levels. That’s when I thanked her for her time and left to another dispensary down the road that kicked butt, Maggie’s Farm.

Updating from a 5 to a 1.Native Roots in the beginning used to be about AWESOME customer service. they aren't now. It's all about making a buck. I won't go into specifics because unlike Native Roots I'll not spoil the industry for the rest of the patients. Never have I experienced an employee engage in a screaming match with a patient to make their point. I guess they really don't need my 24 plants in their patient inventory

Not happy! They keep bumping their prices up to a point that it's not worth it any more. I was with them for over a year the whole reason I went there was for the price and military discount. Instead of grandfathering in all of their previous LOYAL customers with the same price that we signed up for, they almost doubled the price on us. I strongly suggest looking around for cheaper product with the same quality. You can find $10 grams of shatter all over the springs so dont settle here. You can get twice the amount for the same price if you're patient enough and call around at other dispensaries. The chronic boutique at 325 e pike peak ave & the Golden med right next to them sells $10(OTD) grams of wax and shatter all the time. I would strongly suggest this option over these guys any day.

I went to this dispensary because it is walking distance from my house. This was my very first stop with my new card. My first time shopping here and it will be my last. I specifically said I didn’t want pure vida but somehow that’s what I have. I never even asked to see or smell the pure vida. I asked for Master kush and Flo so how I ended up with something I never even asked about behooves me. I didn’t know I should have to check my purchase after I tell you what I want and why. I called as soon as I got to the house and discovered Lauren’s (the bud tender)mistake but she said I was stuck with it and she would make it right the next time I come in 😒🙄 Why should I have to deal with your mistake?

I've been here 2 days in a row I walk in nice and smiling and everyone is friendly except for that latino girl with the painted on brows. I am convinced she hates white guys it something idk why she would be so hateful and rude when I come in nice as can be. How can the owner hire the biggest b**** in the springs. Like thays who your customers see first. Me n my roommates have spent 1300$ in 2 days there and she still acts like she hates us for no reason at all. I will come back and continue to shop when she is gone.

I was so impressed by how Dakota and Justin helped me today. I have always have a good experience with Native Roots but since i moved from Denver to Florissant i've been coming to this location. I had a renewed card Dakota immediately told me i would get a $80 credit if i had my receipt from the place who renewed it. Not knowing this i didn't have it but Justin jumped right in; called the place to have them email it right over. They both were just so friendly, helpful, and awesome to do all that for me. Justin has always been so friendly and helpful before as well. If you want a place that makes you feel comfortable and at easy with all your questions then this is the place for you.
