Matt and Alec (or Alex) were awesome! I pass the other location on the way to this one because of these guys. They are super helpful every time. I will continue coming here just to get help from these... more

I don't know if someone in their lab is incompetent or they are intentionally making their dabs wrong but there's no way this can be rightI've done like 4-5 huge dabs in 2 hours and don't feel a thing... more

Had a not so great experience with pre-ordering and then being given a tincture that needed to be refrigerated, as opposed to Ripple. The product tasted horrible and I ended up wasting it by not refrigerator it properly. It was pretty much a $20 waste when I was hoping to get THC powder. Sadly, the Wana gummies we were sold were also fairly ineffective. I would suggest not ordering ahead and going to assess the products yourself when you're in the store and not in a rush. There are lots of other options in the area.

I don’t know what it is about this place, but the flower always smells and tastes moldy. I threw out an entire ounce I bought of something on sale because it tasted so bad (I figured that’s why it was on sale). I’ve gone back 3 other times and bought full price flower, but it’s always the same thing. Very disappointing because I live within walking distance of this dispensary. ☹️

Sold me an empty Rook preroll container. I watched them take it out of the cabinet with the others so it wasn't an accidental mixup with a display. Pretty serious MED violation. I live on the opposite side of town and just happened to be in their neighborhood. It's not worth my $12 to deal with going back to this specific location. How does this even happen in the most heavily regulated industry in the state?

I've shopped here many times. I've noticed that sometimes staff is noticeably way too high, to the point where they can't even put a sentence together. As a stoner, it's very easy to tell that it isn't just shyness or timidness. I suppose it could also be stuck-upness, but that's much worse. I think that when you work in a retail setting, you should be able to provide basic customer service at the front desk, or at least SPEAK. Also only accepts a drivers license for ID, no other government issued photo ID. I will not shop here again.

I was just curious what your policies are on closing early. I am a continuous customer who visits multiple times a week. I dont get off until later in the evening, usually arriving in the last half hour of closing. Tonight, i got off, drove to your location off santa fe, and arrived at 9:54. When i went to the door, it was locked. A guy was sitting in the main office and saw me try to open the door, and didnt acknoledge me. I waited another minute until he looked up at me and i pointed at my watch, he then proceeded to say closed. On top of all of this, i took toll roads to get there ON TIME before the store closed. This is very frustrating as i have been there at that time before. This is unacceptable to me and i have strictly gone to native roots for the last 2 years. However, im not sure i will return if i cant count on the store to be open during their REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. There are plenty of other dispensaries i can give my business to that do not lock their doors early.

The peeps are why I keep coming back. Such a friendly and welcoming crew, very knowledgeable, they take their time explaining and educating customers.On the flip side... if you're four people deep in line and person #1 is from out of town faaaaaaak it might take forever but sometimes good customer service and good weed is worth the waitGreat strain selection, good variety of products, one of the best looking shops when it comes to retail marketing and appearance

Quality products all around with clean and friendly atmosphere. I personally have never had a long wait time here. Crimson (lots of colorful tattoos) is very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable when making your selection. Her passion for everything in the industry shows through in her amazing attitude and excellent taste (the gorilla glue you recommended was fantastic!) A little on the pricy side but I will keep coming back

Place was decent for awhile until i got an entire half ounce of dried bud. Yeah, bud can sometimes be dry, but it should never grind in your hand from grabbing a nug. Then, as I tried to sign my membership over someplace else, the man we spoke to was extremely rude, and didn't want to take me out of their system although it'd been a month and I wasnt happy with them. For a place relatively more expensive than other dispensaries, you should have your bud down and customer service skills there. I will not be back.
