I had been to other native roots and always had a great experience. Expect for today. I had just moved to the area and I know that if you are a local you get a discount which is always helpful. However today not only did the bud tender was rude and attitude when I asked for the local discount. Seth made me feel like I was being a scammer and was very disrecpdisres.

Product and service was good but the attendant should've informed me of the associated cost to make the transaction via the ATM debit card.He did mention that he had to round up to the nearest whole number and gave me the change but in addition to the $3.75 charge (ATM fee) I just noticed a second 2.50 charge I guess from my bank as well. I hate being charged extra to access my own money. Would much prefer being informed of the possibility if not the actual surcharges and fees I'll be charged.

They knew very little about their products. Asked about different concentrates and the women helping had to ask managers for help. When asked about the base of their soil not even the general manager knew. If you're looking for people that know what they are talking about, don't go here.

Have been shopping at native roots since I moved to the county 3 years ago, that is until today. The 2 new employees (young man and woman) working the counter at around 4:40pm on 7/2 were literally awful, to the point I have 0 desire to ever shop at a native roots again. 0 customer service, rude, and extremely slow (being understaffed is one thing, but not being able to expedite sales when fully staffed is just unacceptable). Not to mention they didn't even know shop rules or correctly enforce them. Goodbye native roots hello alpineglow, I'll happily be taking my money and business elsewhere and warning every other person I come across to do the same.

The weed here was even worse than the weed in Vail which I thought was impossible. Crunchy and dry and turns into powder, tastes like hay and old grass. Now how I want my weed to look or taste. Definitely a place for tourists who have never smoked weed, and they take advantage of that and scam you.

Walking in, you get the impression this place is very professional, yet very friendly... We were greeted immediately by a super friendly staff! Brad was my bud-tender this afternoon, and he was so helpful and informative... He gave me so much information regarding CBD infused products, and he gave me referral info to a doctor to see to help with my current health issues! He didn't make me feel at all like I was asking any stupid questions, and his knowledge makes me feel confident that I purchased the right thing! Thanks again, Brad!
