We had to correct him in the first place and then after he took our cash, we asked about about a costly mistake for us, and he said “oh that’s my fault but sorry sales are final” 0/10 would recommend this idiot

5 STARS for Native Roots, the manager Troy, and our sales rep Stephen!!My family and I are visiting out of state, on a ski/snowboard vacation. Long story short, I had my driver's licenses in a my jacket pocket (not zipped up as it was supposed to) and next thing I know is I have lost my only way of identification. Luckily, Stephen at Native Roots lended a hand and even went as far as helping me print out the digital copy of my driver's licenses. Mayking my +11 hour vaction drive to CO well worth it even with the all obstacles.Thank you Native Roots, Troy, and Stephen for the help. I appreciate the extra mile from you guys. We will definitely be returning!

I felt welcomed and that the staff appreciated me. They also run some pretty awesome sales!

Native Roots is my go-to store for bud, concentrates, and edibles because the deals and staff are great. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming there. Brian has specifically helped me on multiple occasions and is extremely knowledgeable of products and helpful. I like to try new edibles often and he was very encouraging in helping me decide which ones to try and why. My favorite thing Brian got me hooked on are 100$ the bliss cups/1906 brand. I have even drove to Frisco out of my way just to try more from that brand that isn't offered in Dillon. I'll be back time and time again!

Worst Customer Service Experience of my life for some of the worst product all around. People that work there have zero people skills, you’re supposed to feel at home when shopping for your medicine. Not uncomfortable and out of place, I would pay people in free product to not got to this specific scum hole. I wouldn’t be sad if it fell off the earth without a chance of it returning.

Poorly cured, barley trimmed wholesale bud at tourist prices. Trying to sell bags with stems and not even crows feet but straight up sugar leaves still on the bud! You like larf? The gorilla glue 4 has a vastly superior terp profile at HCH, right down the street. I don't know who's processing these buds but the quality is garbage. Extremely disappointed.

Product and service was good but the attendant should've informed me of the associated cost to make the transaction via the ATM debit card.He did mention that he had to round up to the nearest whole number and gave me the change but in addition to the $3.75 charge (ATM fee) I just noticed a second 2.50 charge I guess from my bank as well. I hate being charged extra to access my own money. Would much prefer being informed of the possibility if not the actual surcharges and fees I'll be charged.

I had been to other native roots and always had a great experience. Expect for today. I had just moved to the area and I know that if you are a local you get a discount which is always helpful. However today not only did the bud tender was rude and attitude when I asked for the local discount. Seth made me feel like I was being a scammer and was very disrecpdisres.

Haven't tried the products we bought yet. But service was not so good. The guy knew his stuff but not very nice or friendly. They ID us 2 times but the people that came in after us didn't get IDed at all.I was expecting a chill atmosphere like you see in videos. Where they ask you what you want and help you pick something out, this was more like a government thing, like DMV or something.They also asked me to put my phone away. Like what will I do on my phone? IDK. Maybe I was expecting too much 🤷

So far the worst dispensary experience I've had, and ive been through Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington, and even Massachusetts. Out of all the places ive been this was by far the WORST. The line just to get in was huge, which I wouldn't complain about if they had nice staff.. Which they do not. The few staff I spoke to were insanely rude. Acted like I had no knowledge because they thought perhaps I was just some young stoner. No I grew up in Northern California and have never seen prices like that until coming out here. $12 a gram at the cheapest and if you want 1/8th its $34 plus $11.00 tax! The man was rude when I asked if I could split a few 1/8ths by gram which I just did at the very last dispensary I visited and he VERY RUDELY acted like I was wasting his time. Very Unkind. Awful experience. I wouldn't come back.
