I was just at the Native Roots Dispensary in Eagle-Vail. I had an excellent experience. The main reason why I say this is because of my bud tender Billy. He was incredibly knowledgeable, extremely polite, and had a great personality. He understood my needs, and went above and beyond to exceed them. Thank you Billy. *On a side note, I have never had a bad experience or bad bud tender there.*

Worst medical purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Bud tender and manager would not look up or verify my patient info and refused my medical ppwk based on my physician having a printer that was unable to print the necessary/required watermark. Never had this happen at any med place. Was very unprofessional. I will never go to a Native Roots again.

Very disappointed.Came here because I am familiar with Native Roots in Denver and was super excited to have them on our trip in Vail. Immediately when we walked in the bud tender Jared B (got from receipt) was rude and seemed annoyed because we were a group of 6. He barely gave us any information on the product or any recommendations-it seemed like we were annoying him for trying to buy the best product? Weird because I would think you would want to do that. Over all just really bad experience- we went to about 5 other dispensary’s that were home grown and all of them out ranked this franchise! Disappointed in native roots you need people who want to sell and educate your customers.

Went back after being disappointed from a few years back.. I called and asked what specials there were, I was told it was buy 4 grams of concentrate and I get a penny joint. Sweet! I was told by the cashier when I got there that this is only a special deal and not something advertised. Wait what? Lol.. anyway they honored it I was happy with the strains but to be honest it's the same ones they have had for years. If I hadn't been away for so long I'd be upset by the selection. I used to only go here when things went rec. Now I basically never go. I didn't want to leave a 1 star review because I know how bad that can affect the rating and these guys aren't trash. Just definitely needs some improvement.

Check in process was straight forward... the woman checking us in was over all pleasant and helpful. That changed walking in the second set of doors. The guy who welcomed us behind the counter wasnt very helpful when it came to asking questions. Yes, we are tourists but I was looking for someone helpful so I could find something that would be best for an autoimmune disorder. We will be visiting another place that has better customer service.

This new management takeover sucks. Lines are taking FOREVER because there’s only ever 1-2 bud tenders helping a crowd of 5-10 people, who are all tourists with lots of questions. I always see people in the back avoiding to come out and help us, which I think is rude. I was a regular here at one point but this store has been going downhill. Seems like the store needs a good leader. One of the gentlemen with glasses was very rude and condescending to me. I will not come here anymore. Mike (the other guy with glasses) and Bridgette are always extremely nice and helpful to me. Wish I got service like that from everybody! I don’t want to come back here anymore. But hey, native roots only cares about stealing your money anyways.

This experience was the worst I have ever had at any business ever. They are rude are not willing to help with what you need. I was trying to ask questions about CBD for my mother with fibromyalgia. I told them she cannot get high. They said "Then why are you here?" TO GET MY SICK MOTHER MEDICINE! I will NEVER return to another Native Roots ever in my life. They just want your money and that's it

The Staff at Native Roots are wonderful. I'm a med patient, with the fantastic luck of having co-morbid conditions, Persistent Depressive Disorder snd Worsening Osteoarthritis (with severe obstructive sleep apnea). The entire staff including new folks have jumped through flaming hoops-blindfolded no less-to assist in addressing my QOL concerns. I need to mention who the friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating folks at Native Roots are: The Two Jakes, Smiling Adrian, Kryss, Bridgette, Charlton (Brown's Fan), Diego, "towering" Joe, Tawnya, and especially Janielle. Sorry if I missed anyone. There's reassurance knowing Native Roots' Dispensary Crew, know and care about my well-being.Thank You very much,JW (p.s).It would be nice to experience time released edibles, in the very near future.

Absolutely amazing experience I totally can't remember the ladies name that help me I'm so sorry I spaced out. Not only were they able to help me with my specific situation they even did it for an amazing price as well much love bless you guys. Herb prices are outstanding better than any other recreational dispensary in Beaver Creek Vail area.

Love this place and everything they sell. Flower is good quality and grinds in a grinder perfect for bowls and bongs. When I finger grind it's always super sticky and exactly how I want for my blunts. Every time I go in it's always smiling faces and knowledgeable staff who always have new recommendations for me. Sharzi in particular has always seemed to pick out the best strains to match what I was looking for.
