I went in to shop for high CBD low THC products. Max spent a great deal of time with. He told me about different products, how each worked, and what ratios of CBD/THC each had. I had a hard time understanding how vaporizers, etc. work, so I kept asking him to review the instructions. He was very patient kind, and helpful. Native Roots Dispensary Highlands is not the closest store, but I travel to this store as I really like the staff there. They are always kind, cheerful, informative, and patient with me.Thank you Max!!!!

I have been going to this place since I came upon it 3 years ago! The budtenders (Max) who helped me with my selections and every staff I have encountered is very inviting, knowledgeable and they give you the best experience. As soon as you walk in the door you are welcomed with a positive fun atmosphere that makes the shopping for the right tree even more enjoyable! Recommend this place every time you come to Denver- great deals, great smoke and wellness choices as well as an overall pleasant experience!

Went in for my first visit ever and was extremely impressed with Native Roots. There is a check in office and little lobby to wait (very brief), and then a representative pulls you into the back for a personalized experience and answered a lot of questions and was extremely helpful in suggesting products for a newbie. Very clean and well kept, staff were super friendly and products were affordable. I'll definitely be going back.

Great service. I was skipped in line by 3 others on accident and had an error with the online ordering system. Max was great to address and apologize, while being friendly and offering to waive the sales tax on light of the mishaps. Great service. Keep Max!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I have lived in colorado for 20 years- and have shopped in many dispensaries around The state: I have stopped into this particular dispensary 2x -when in the area and have walked out both times. They have a man on staff that is literally the RUDEST most pompous person I have ever come across in the customer service industry. I happily brought my business to a dispensary down the street that treats customers respectfully. I will never shop here again- and i told every person I came across today about my experience. I would never recommend this dispensary to anyone. Apparently I'm not the only one who has had a terrible experience here- there are several bad reviews about him. I think the owner should think about restaffing- because the location is great- but there are a lot of dispensaries without rude bud tenders.

I have had previous visits here and excellent flower choices was all I had as a positive experience .. until I came in with a temp Colorado card (‘My life was stolen and it is all I have next to my marijuana badge ) and the manager who was working the front check in area said absolutely no. There was no hearing me out and also not one to discuss actual marijuana laws that say it is a federal accepted ID. Livid and loudly letting ppl know the shadiness that will be waiting for you as

This place never has enough people working..you can wait up to 20-30 minutes with only a couple people ahead of you...I wish they would have a dedicated person greeting and sitting when you enter it makes it difficult to know who’s first or who’s turn it is..there bud also lacks in strength...they are my last option I’m glad good chemistry is opening in the highlands

I really wanted to love this dispensary. I live in North Denver and this dispensary is half the commute of my normal one. The weed is OK. Nothing fancy, nothing bunk. What frustrates me is that they put all this attention into detail, like custom made wallpaper, bags, etc. for a brand name, but then have no effort to publish their menu. As much as I purchase, I need a simple, click a website and see a frequently updated menu. All the other dispensaries do this, not Native Roots. Sorry, instead of the hassle of calling to find out, I'll drive the extra miles to where I know what has what I'm looking for.

Purchased some flower today and I am super dissatisfied. The buds are super crunchy and dont seem fresh, same with the last eight I purchased. So we purchased a joint for there Bogo deal and something weird happened. My mouth got super numb, and it did not smell like weed. Opened the joint up and whatever was in the joint did not look or smell or even smoke like weed. Hmm?

I bought from these guys about 2 years ago and they were super nice and professional. However, I just went in 2 weeks and and not only was the guy selling me a line of bs he sold me an ounce of disgusting smelling weed. It smells like it's been in a basement for years which I believe is the truth because these strains were the same 2 years ago as they were 2 weeks ago. Save your money and go somewhere with real 🔥. Aroma or Sacred they got the best variety and it don't smell or taste like old musty moldy dog turds. I'll never come back to native roots and you guys use to be my favorite!
