Native roots has always been My favorite place to go! This last year has started changing my mind online ordering was easy, fast, accurate NOW not only are the menus never accurate it does not even list products available takes several times placing order to get correct order wait time has gone from usually 20 minutes to now a hour or longer up to 3 hours to have order filled staff is always friendly BUTT I am considering finding a new place to shop!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! 2 separate long distance trips to go to this dispensary and both times we were told different things by two very snooty staff people and were unable to get what we needed, walked out extremely unhappy. I will go to Ft. Collins UNBELIEVABLE!!

usually good, new staff seem too pre occupied to function, wait times longer, errors on labeling and selection and god help you if you try to order ahead they dont even bother checking their order system. too bad used to be a super helpful friendly staff, morning staff still seem to be top knotch though.

Just recently bought mother's milk which is an indica strain pre rolled and it made me really ill. Paramedics were called and everything. I've never had a reaction to any weed like this before. It was super scary and makes me wonder what they are lacing their weed with??? Also just to be clear absolutely nothing was changed in my life. Same day with the same activities same food I mean my life is very reciprocated and this was the only difference. A new strain.
