I highly recommend Native Roots!!! I’m from out of state and here in Longmont on business for 6 weeks. Native Roots was the first and still the only dispensary I’ve gone to since being here. Every person I’ve encountered has been extremely welcoming and friendly and the prices are phenomenal. I had a fantastic experience with Jamie today that led me to write this review!! He was extremely knowledgeable and took his time explaining things I needed clarification on. I felt he went above and beyond to make it clear to understand and made sure I was taken care of!! Thank you, Native Roots, for offering such a compassionate service with such highly qualified and friendly staff! I’ll be back!

My first time shopping here and I was pleasantly surprised. Great prices, great selection!!! Diana was the BEST bud tender I’ve had in my life. She was efficient but still took her time to be sure I understood what I was getting and at what price. This is the only other dispo I’ve found that I like besides the one I’ve been going to for the past few years. I will be back.

Native Roots in Longmont is my go to place for medical concentrates. Not only are they super potent and inexpensive but the staff is really friendly; they give you a nice community vibe. It feels like you’re going to see a old friend every time you go on in; I enjoy Trevor on the Med side he gives great descriptions on the strains and the effects; he keeps conversations going with enthusiasm and has character anytime I go in. Jeremy is also a great bud tender, has a great vibe and keeps you happy through your entire purchase. If you’re gonna shop for cannabis and not spend a lot of money. I recommend this place. The staff and manager Kyle all do great things for the people of Longmont.

I had the misfortune of attempting to use this business today. Their cleanliness practices and lack of concern for their employees or customers guaranteed that I will not be back and will discourage anyone, especially someone with a compromised immune system or who is over 60, from going there as well. While I cannot fight ignorance I can expect a business that is charging a premium to maintain basic sanitization practices like wiping down chairs in their tiny nook where customers who are loudly disparaging the use of masks or cleanliness are sitting. Just because it isn’t legally mandated doesn’t mean it isn’t the right thing to do. The reason ridiculous laws and regulations exist is due to businesses and managers like this. Doing the bare minimum while charging a maximum price shouldn’t be the goal of your business. Do not go to any of these locations, they all share the same mentality. There are plenty of options, you don’t need to give your money to someone who couldn’t care less about your health.

Fantastic service by Kyle T. Im not kidding. ive been to many places around this country and to find someone with this knowledge and willingness to help. I was throwing my money at him. Im glad they are taking precautions and limiting the number of people allowed in. By the way, my purchase was out of this world. Will hit this place up again next time im in town.

Last visit the girl at the front (Jaqueline I think she was called) was incredibly rude. Only greeted certain customers. Others like myself were just glared at. Not told how long the wait was. Not thanked. Extremely rude person. Even when I said thank you to her she said nothing. I mentioned it to the budtender but they didn't have any reply. I'll go elsewhere from now on thanks.

This dispensary always has a good front desk agent but when you are taken back into the medical side you are not treated like a medical patient should be and are disregarded unbehalf of your own prior knowledge of what is best for you and the customer must carry the bad mood that is clearly seen throughout the business the woman with blonde hair has serviced me my boyfriend and my neighbor and his wife and all have given complaints we no longer enjoy shopping at native roots which is unfortunate as it's our closest dispensary

Used to be my go to store. Prices are no longer competitive. Denied access due to a 3/16" crack in my license which I have used in this condition countless times. My license was still accepted at my new go to store. It is an extra 10 minutes out of the way, but I am much happier with the better quality selection great service and prices at Terrapin. I will not be returning to Native Roots ever again.

Hands down, the best spot in the industry. I'm a medical member there and I'm always treated with respect and kindness, hardly any wait times when I come in and the staff is always SUPER helpful on the med side as I haven't been on rec side. Always have a GREAT selection , although some new strains should be added I'm still happy with their quality everytime. Other shops in Longmont boast good prices the quality is poor. If you want to get proper meds, this is the place to go. I make the 45 min drive two or three times a month because it's ABSOLUTELY worth it. Sign up with them for great benefits too!

My visit at Native Roots was very enjoyable. My bud tender, Tristen, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without any hesitation. I'm used to the drowning information which seems like forever but he can explain a product in good detail in a minute or less and I'll have better understanding. Makes it easier on what I want and the suggestions are very helpful.
