I have been going to NA for over 5 years now! They are my favorite dispensary in ALL of Larimer county, and I’ve been to them all. NA HAS THE MOST WONDERFUL STAFF!!! I cannot stress this enough how their employees are ALWAYS friendly, welcoming, and helpful to any questions you have! I constantly refer new clients to this store who are nervous about their first purchase and ALL of them have been so grateful for the help from this wonderful group of people! Rab and Cheyenne are two of my favorites, I have many more, but without knowing names I cannot thank them for all the help they have given me! I’ve truly never had a bad or even mediocre experience at NA. I gratefully enjoy every purchase I have and these people make my day every time I come in! This dispensary is THE BEST.

The price changed on me in the 5 mins it took to call back then I was told it would be ready in 45 mins..... went to Solace WENT IN THE STORE! DID NOT WAIT AT ALL! JUST LOST BUSINESS BECAUSE 99.5% OF AMERICANS DO NOT HAVE CORONAVIRUS!Mind boggling you think 45 mins is ok. Good luck staying open

I get that we need to social distance and all that but no where on their website or anywhere you wait in line does it says you need to order ahead. That is absolutely pathetic. I will never be going here again. When I asked why it didnt say anything on their website, the guy told me their site hasn't been updated in 2015. Seriously? What a joke. Avoid.

I used to love na. This used to be my go-to but I feel it has really gone downhill. I understand everyone has a bad day once in a while, but the last three times I've tried to shop with them, I've been treated poorly. Bad attitudes from employees, very short and curt answers and either not knowledgeable, or just doesn't want to explain or describe anything, not sure as it's hard to get them to talk about anything. I'm not sure how people can be so miserable working at a pot shop, but if you are so unhappy there is no reason to take it out on customers.

You will get ripped off! STAY AWAY! Sold me 7% flower with seeds. Comparable to water leaf. Staff is incredibly rude and undeserving of my business. Motorcycles are not welcome at N/A. Their is no excuse for the manner I was treated by Natural Alternatives. I will be taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same. Only a matter of time before you will feel the same way. I have never posted a bad review until now. I feel it is appropriate in this case to Warn Everyone. STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! YOU WILL GET TREATED BETTER ELSEWHERE !!!

Usually I would give you guys 5 stars everytime I come in, but you lost a customer after my experience today. My budtender was extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. Try to ask his opinion on strains and wanted to see the book of concentrates and all he does is slam the book down for me on the counter. Pretty pathetic to see an employee act like a child the way BOBBY did. Everyone is always friendly but this guy would be lucky to have a job if he acted the way he did with me in front of a manager.

Unsure of what whomever runs your Facebook page messages being at home and not at the store has anything to do with me asking whether or not I can exchange a faulty vape pen that was purchased from you guys?? I just wanted to know if I could exchange it before I drove another hour back to your store, not if your employee or whoever was home or not.

Extremely dissappointed. The guy working was really nice and explained different ideas to me. I don't know if he was really educated with the products but told me there was no difference in what he has VS a medical dispensary type store. I have my medical marijuana card, and am in extreme pain all the time. He sold me some drops for 100.00. Extremely disappointed as they literally did nothing for me at all. I will never go back and will detour others from going there that need medical grade products. They should definatly stop misleading people.

My favorite dispo in town now! Live resin for 26 $$$ out the door! I think soooo! My favorite thing about this place is how thoughtful and awesome the staff are. They take their time bagging you up and making sure the oils havent spilled out of the containers and send you away happy. Everytime! Plus super amazing flowers, other oils like full melt amd water hash. Plus they have a glass shop. Which even holds some brands such as the famous nectar collector brand. Mini nail brand and more! Cant wait for my next visit back! Much love yall!

This place knows its stuff. I cant stand the smell of weed but lol I went in just to say I have been in a dispensary. It was nothing like I thought it would be. This place is very very clean and I like the way they have I sit for a second in their waiting room and then call your number up. Everyone who works here are awesome and they know their weed strains also. I always tell everyone to go there just because of their knowledge of the weed they sell. If your looking for a great dispensary to go to go to natural alternatives. And remember this is coming from someone who doesn't smoke and cant even stand the smell of it. Great job natural alternatives. Your the best.
