The downtown location on Market St. is just impossible to go to. Everytime I've gone I end up waiting at least a half hour and end up going somewhere else. The Lincoln shop is great!!! I think the staff at Market is unprofessional and will make u wait while they let people hangout and chit chat while they know others are waiting. At Lincoln they are fast and nice. Always more busy at Lincoln but way quicker.

Will not be back. Been with them since November of 2018.at one point in time I had the most points with their loyalty program. 3 times a go "Computers were down" so only cash and when I checked 2 days later my money off for my honors points was no longer there. Last time i was there was told no problem for med cards and then this time because of their mishap are pushing faithful loyalty members away so they can make the most they can. So disappointed in this place. I will do all I can to Express to whoever's will listen about this place and the staff.

First dispensary that I've ever been too and was highly disappointed. I wanted to ask if this was a joke when I walked in. My walk in closet is bigger than this place. Very very small selection of cannabis. They only had 2 strains of prerolls and felt very rushed by the budtender. Not a good experience for a first time dispensary. My black market dealer has more of a selection.

Super bummed that NattyRems was bought out by High Level Health. They have yet to re-stock the medical side, you can sheer neglect is on the way next. HLH came in, bought out NattyRems and is just going to cash in on the recreational-pot. Probably never going back, unless they make some serious changes - also moving my membership to another medical center due to the change. High Level Health what are you doing? You should remove the health from your name b/c you don't really give much care to your medical side. Also, male receptionist was super rude who answered the phone. Why did you remove the recording of all the concentrates and stains? Just why,why,why... so many questions.-----------Updated 10/18/2018--------Really digging NattyRems lately — convenient location for living downtown and always friendly + polite customer service, particularly Paul on the medical side — always takes good care of me and a no b/s type of budtender — honesty is key when your shopping for quality medical products. They have a great selection! However, I was a little disappointed with the customer service. You could tell they were not thrilled with tourist that was there and it showed. I felt rushed when it was time to select items I was looking for. I get it with the the legalization and influx of tourist to the area, but I feel like customer service should still be a priority.

The individual doing intake was super friendly and helpful, however the bud tender seemed annoyed by the amount of time I spent looking at the different strains. In the end they have some high potency strains but are also very pricey for the amount you get. It is also nice that they have dedicated parking spaces but the building they are in is run down and the elevator that's almost required to use to get there is painfully slow.

This was a decent place to go to when it was natty rems, I had my medical membership there for almost 3 years until now. but then like all good dispensaries they sell out and this is what is left in the wake. a dispensary that sells garbage flower and really has no medical cannabis products for purchase. yet again another place that doesn't care about the medical patients and only focuses on provided to the recreational market. I would stay away from this place unless you like a poor selection of commercially grown cannabis that is geared towards quantity not quality like every other dispensary has moved too.

When I first went in there as a medical patient I told them that I was interested in mostly Edibles, and that specifically I wanted to be able to take my THC in pill form. They told me they had just sold out of all of their THC pills and were running a little low on edibles. Based on that, I assumed that they were going to get more in. It seems as though this was an incorrect assumption, if you are a medical patient and looking for anything that isn't flower or concentrate don't go here! Not only will they lie to you about what they will have in stock for you, as a medical patient, but they will also lock you into 30 days with them under that guise. They will not, under any circumstances, end your membership early. Even if you explain to them that your medical needs being met were misrepresented at the time of sign up. When I called with my concerns I was met with the suggestion to go other places until my 30 days are up since other places will give me their membership deals my first time visiting them.As a medical patient I expected to receive compassion, as a human I expected to receive respect. I don't feel like I got either of these things, and am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with them.Edit: I had my membership for 2 weeks and they didn't have THC pills in once. Minimal edible selection every time as well.

Got sold the wrong product and spent a lot of money on this item. Got told the only thing they can do is give me a joint. That won’t fix a product that doesn’t work and not what I bought. But thanks I guess... smhFriendly staff though

Stopped in for the first time on Thursday. Got a friend in town and wanted to give them a dispensary tour. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality flower they offered. We got the Blackberry Kush and the Afghani. Both were very tasty and super stony. Will be shopping here more often. They have parking so don't let the location scare you off.
