This location has been bringing in and keeping a much better range and variety of products in stock, and have been doing a much better job to make sure all of the patients needs are being met. You can also tell they are trying to work with the prices and price ranges to be more affordable and adaptable To all budgets. Which in my opinion is always a huge improvement. As usual they kindly answer questions even if they seem a bit self explanatory at times, and have definitely been making an effort to follow up and make sure the products have been satisfactory for the patients needs. Thank you for always making it a welcoming and friendly experience!

Excellent staff! Everyone knows you, helps you and all are informative on their products. They always have fresh flower during the week and their rotation is excellent. They keep the products well stocked and a huge variety of flower and edibles. Their flower recommendations are always spot on when you ask. They NEVER try and divert you to something they need to move. Their random specials are awesome.You never feel out of place and welcome considering the huge number of elderly clientele. Even though occasionally the music is a little loud. They even have a public restroom. This is important! As a sick person the need to go just happens at the most inappropriate times. Their restrooms was SPOTLESS! Pristine clean. That says a lot to me.I will say a lot of customers show up with multiple people in the car who wait in the lot which is against their posted regulations. I would like to see them hold that rule a little harder. Plus, the rule that when you pick up your meds you go directly to you place of residence should be held a little closer too.There are always people who brake the rules and should be filtered out for not respecting the rules. It has taken decades to get to this point so It is up to everyone to police each other and keep this service going for those of us who TRULY need the alternative to pill meds.I have been able to reduce those hard prescription drug use on some medications to almost zero. The edibles have been critical to my sleep. It has been a game changer. The flower has done wonders for my pain and again almost eliminated any pain medication.In the tradition of small brick and motor businesses I have to say that the Safford Natural Remedy is exemplary example of this long standing tradition. Excellent job people.

Quality in products! Great selection! Very reasonable prices compared to most others in S.E. Arizona!!! They don't try to prescribe or push products instead they wait until asked about products for specific ailments. Then they answer based on personal experience or feedback from others. None of that trying to be experts!!! I lived here since May of 2016 looking for help and have tried several dispensaries. This by far the most "compassionate" and professional dispensary I have found because they really care about the customers more than making money!!! A class act indeed.

I won't go back as long as Jeremy works their I got accused of giving my purchase to someone in the parking lot on camera,like I'm that stupid . he seemed over confident in his attitude towards me .watch the camera again I didn't give anything to anyone and suggests drive to dragoon to Kathie it worth the drive better flower and prices and they don't assume that won't give attitude I not a lied and Jeremy needs to appoligize I have a lot of friends and we will be going to Kathie's
