I give them five stars because they really do have the best prices on flower and the vapor concentrates not quite the best prices on wax but at least you’re able to buy full gram I could nitpick at things Personally the only thing I don’t care for is the reward system it doesn’t really work for me but I do see how it works for other people who don’t spend a lot each visit you’re pretty much guaranteed a point each visit When I go I normally spend a lot but I don’t go very often but all in all it’s a good place and I’d recommend it

Good prices and friendly staff, but they never have product.Edit: they are more steady on product now, have great stuff at great prices. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on the products and effects. This is now one of my favorite and frequent stops. 💖

I tried to like this place because of the strains they carry but today was my 2nd visit and I really dont think there will be a 3rd. My first visit I got a gram of frosted flakes for happy hour get home and look at it, mostly shake and stems and didnt look like a gram but figured meh no biggie. Another month later and I decided hey maybe I just had a bad experience and I'll try again, but even today got the same frosted flakes and it is definitely not a gram. I packed one bowl and looks like I have one left out of a gram? Weighed it and its showing .5 grams, no way does one bowl take out half a gram. Grams are usually 4 bowls at least and of course you can't see them weigh your flower out like every other dispensary. I'm very upset about this and can say I wont go back for flower especially when I cant even get a full gram on top of not even being able to see them bag it up. I'd advise to weigh your flower immediately after buying, if I try one more time itll specifically be to make a weight check on flower. Cant be burning people like this

Everyone is so nice here and very knowledgeable about all of their products. Plus they have happy hour every day and also have some pretty good deals around the holidays as well. Probably one of my favorite places to purchase. Always a good vibe over there everybody seems to be in a good mood too. The only one I've seen so far doing a food drive I thought that was pretty awesome and commendable. They offer a lot of perks to their patients. If you haven't been there you definitely should go check it out you won't be disappointed and always support your local businesses.

Don’t wast your money here they’re quality is not the best! Once in a blue moon there is something worth getting. I’ve been disappointed with the flower time and time again. Who are the growers? I feel they are burning people and they are definitely about the money not the quality. I’ll give them one thing the butter pros is always good. I can only really rate flower and concentrates I don’t really venture out of that.

My Father-in-law (a veteran) bought a bhang refill cartridge today. The cartridge coil has a short and will not work with the bhang, open or another battery. So, he goes in with receipt and battery to request a replacement. They told him no. Not nicely either. He isnt looking for a refund. He needs a replacement for a defective item and they will not accommodate him. They threw the receipt away and they threw the "no exchanges or refunds" sign in his face. I'm truly disappointed in the service and cant believe they would just rip him off when its clearly a manufacturing issue.I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure people who are on a limited income and need their prescription are heard. Going to the New Mexico Medical Marijuana Advisory Board and the Better Business Borough. Please consider an alternative when shopping for your prescription.

The employees at Natural Rx are very nice, and knowledgeable about their products. The place is clean and there is plenty of seating. They have a lot of items for sale (besides the variety of medicine), including bath bombs & tee shirts. They give you points every time you visit to win cool things. How does it get any better than this!

UPDATE: SALE PRICES as low as $5 to $7.50 a GRAM! HAPPY HOURS are 2 to 4 PM EVERYDAY they ARE OPEN! Quality is VERY GOOD! I recommend THIS place for equal QUALITY & QUNITITY SALES. END UPDATE> One strand sticks out the most to me at this place in Los Lunas, NM. That is X-Rated! Very fun strain. Happy, creative, and functional. Mild pain relief. I love the staff. They are super friendly and proffesional! Prices are expensive compared to most dispensaries but flower is Good Quality. I will be back for strands to test! Thanks guys! Just getting through the door is like pulling teeth. Doesn't have a boutique feel, it isn't a comfortable atmosphere. The staff is RUDE and more interested in each other than the customers. After asking a few questions it was obvious that the staff is seriously lacking education about the products they are selling. One staff member actually said, "This will get you F****ed up". Wow. They have daily specials but it's always dry, subpar herb that they've been unable to push at full price. The special remains the same, day after day until they finally get rid of it. Pre-rolls are not strain specific, but a blend of whatever is left over and they are less than a gram. It's too bad that Valencia county patients have to drive to Albuquerque for quality medication and patient care. Don't waste your time or money at this dispensary.
